I used to only use pressed blushes, but they made my skin look too dry. While searching for a liquid blush, I found my holy grail color. I've always loved cheek colors with a lot of brown undertones, like orange-brown, but I'd never seen this shade in a liquid form before. I fell in love and bought it right away. You're mine now! If this ever gets discontinued, I'll stage a one-person protest at Peripera. I didn't realize it at first, but after buying and applying it, I found out. It's a blush with shimmer in it. The liquid-like texture made it easy to apply. The color blends naturally on the cheeks, giving a seamless look. It contains shimmer...!!! What's worse, after applying it naturally with your fingers, there's leftover glitter on your hands... The amount of shimmer left on your hands is so excessive that I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known about the glitter beforehand. Still, I'm putting up with it because the color is pretty... Applying with your fingers gives a more natural blush effect, but if you dislike getting shimmer on your hands, use a puff instead.

I didn't initially plan to buy this blush, but since the Peripera cream blush I wanted was sold out, I had to settle for this one. Surprisingly, it's much better than I expected! I was looking for an autumn-inspired blush, and this one is perfect. It's not quite orange, more of a carrot shade with a hint of brown? It's the quintessential fall blush! The blush keeps leaking from the opening... It's inconvenient having to wipe it clean every time I use it. The color is also quite intense, so it can look overdone if you're not careful. You really need to control the amount well. Also, I thought it was matte, but it actually has some shimmer... However, it's not very noticeable once applied to the cheeks! When paired with BBIA's Downy Boss, it looks absolutely stunning! I wear this combination often, and I've received several compliments on how well the blush and tint go together.
