  Pros

  Dr. Bronner's comes in a large size that's perfect for generous, everyday use. I always buy the 475ml bottle from Costco. As someone with super sensitive skin, I love that this gentle product is so easy on my complexion. I typically apply it after my morning cleanse, patting it in several times for better absorption - sometimes up to five layers! It's also great for creating a skin pack with thin cotton pads or as an exfoliating toner. The subtle fragrance is pleasant and not overwhelming.

  If you're looking for exceptional hydration, this product might not be the best choice...

  Pros

  I must have gone through about 5 bottles of this stuff. (It's become my go-to product!) It's fantastic as a mist, skin toner, or regular toner. Love the scent, and it's so hydrating yet lightweight - absolutely wonderful. The generous amount is a big plus too. With its gentle ingredients, I use it with complete confidence.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to dislike about this great product. The only downside is that it seems to be exclusively available at Costco, which is a bit inconvenient.

  Pros

  I stumbled upon this product at a friend's house, and it's incredibly effective even for my dry skin. When I apply this followed by a moisturizer, I don't feel any dryness at all. The fragrance is absolutely delightful! It's remarkably gentle on the skin.

  Cons

  The toner feels a bit too watery for my taste. I prefer something with a thicker consistency, so I wish it was a bit more viscous.

  Tip

  You can get this at a great price at Costco, and they even throw in an empty bottle (mist bottle) for free. Everyone should head to Costco to grab this deal!

  Pros

  I've been getting more blemishes lately, so I tried this toner since it's supposed to be gentle and help calm skin issues. I'm happy to report there's no irritation, and most importantly, it's super hydrating! I've been using it religiously. Love that it comes in a generous size too!

  Cons

  There wasn't anything major I disliked, but if I had to nitpick... the scent isn't really my style. It's not off-putting or anything, just that when I smell it, I don't think 'Wow, this fragrance is amazing!' you know?

  Tip

  There's a mist bottle that works great with this toner! I pour the toner in there, and when I'm in a rush or busy, I can just spritz it on instead of having to apply it by hand. So convenient!

  Pros

  It's gentle and incredibly hydrating! When used as a skin pack, it significantly lowers skin temperature, which is great for tightening pores. All the ingredients are organic too... I'm 13 now, and my skin has become super sensitive and prone to blemishes. After switching from other products to this one, my blemishes disappeared quickly, and I don't get any acne at all! Even when using the 7-skin method, it's never irritating. I've been using it multiple times, and I love it. It's not sticky, has a nice consistency, and absorbs incredibly fast - just a little patting and it's absorbed. And it leaves my skin so moisturized! I'm already on my third bottle...

  Cons

  If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say it's not recommended for those with severe deep dryness. While the surface hydration is excellent, it doesn't seem to improve deep dryness. Also, when using it as a skin pack, if you apply it just below the aegyo-sal (under-eye fat), it can cause eye redness and a cold sensation, though this might be due to my sensitive eyes.

  Tip

  It's so gentle that you can use it daily as a skin pack without any blemishes appearing! (For reference, even the mildest organic skincare products or kids' emulsions make my skin red...) It gradually lowers skin temperature, which is great for tightening pores!

  1. The built-in pump lacks precision, often dispensing too much product at once, leading to wasteful splashing and overuse 2. Due to the pump issue, cotton pads can become oversaturated. If the excess toner runs into your eyes, it can cause a stinging sensation 3. While the Rose version is classified for dry skin compared to the Lavender one, its water-based formula doesn't form a lasting film. As a result, it may feel slightly less hydrating compared to other essence-type toners with extra benefits

  1. The ingredients are gentle! You can layer it on without worry, it's so mild. 2. Great for soothing. When applied, it gives a refreshing feeling and seems to calm the skin.

  1. Hydration...? At first, it feels quite moisturizing, but after a while, it's like... huh? It just evaporates. I'm not expecting major hydration from a toner, but this really only soothes without providing moisture. 2. Scent. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances so it's fine for me, but those with sensitivities might find it uncomfortable. It has a sort of... organic scent?

  Tip

  I layer this on generously when I want to soothe my skin. It doesn't provide hydration, but it does calm the skin well.

  Pros

  It's gentle on the skin and maintains an excellent oil and moisture balance. As someone with dry skin, my face often feels tight after cleansing, but this instantly hydrates, leaving me very satisfied.

  Cons

  There are no downsides. I've used three bottles already and just purchased the new larger size.

  It works great as a mist and is also perfect for balancing the skin after cleansing.
