I'm using the tomato shade right now. My lips tend to be dry, so if I use the wrong tint, it doesn't apply properly and just emphasizes dead skin cells. But this one is adequately moisturizing with a beautiful red color that's right up my alley. Some say it gives a 'tanghulu' effect on the lips, but maybe because my lips are quite dry, I didn't find it that intense. From my perspective, it's a hydrating tint that's not overly glossy - perfect for daily use in fall and winter. I couldn't find any downsides to mention. If you're looking for a hydrating tint, I highly recommend this one! - ar******Combination SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2020
It's a water tint, so it's wonderfully hydrating. It feels slightly oily, which is great because regular tints often dry out my lips, but this one keeps them moisturized. Even when I tightly close the cap, it still leaks. It's frustrating to constantly clean it with wet wipes. - li**********Dry SkinSep 23, 2020
The color payoff and staining effect are great, and it doesn't seem to emphasize dead skin cells. I usually take good care of my lips, but after using this product, my lip condition deteriorated significantly the very next day. At first, it feels moisturizing, but after a while, dead skin cells start to appear and my lips become sore. I'm not typically sensitive to makeup product ingredients, and I've never had this issue with other brands' oil tints, so I was really taken aback. I bought four of these when they were on sale at a good price, but I ended up throwing them all away. The colors are pretty, which makes it even more disappointing... It just didn't work for me. Sigh... - eu******Normal SkinRecommendedSep 10, 2020
I didn't expect this glossy tint to last long, but it stays put even after drinking water. It's amazing how it forms a water barrier, coating the lips after application. This is a great product with no major drawbacks. I'd love to try other shades. - wm******Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
I love how this moisturizing product has such great color payoff! It tends to leak a bit with use, and you can't see how much product is left, which is a bummer. - ok**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2020
This is also great value for money and the color is beautiful! However, I don't apply it often because... The grapefruit mix was fine, but this particular shade stands out in an annoying way - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
Absolutely stunning glow. Unlike simple water tints that visibly dry out your lips, this tint sets with a plump, juicy finish. I managed to snag it at a great price on a social commerce site too! They called it Tomato Red, but in reality, it's more of a pink-toned red. Feeling a bit misled. - rs*****Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
The color shown in the photo is Tomato Crush Red. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to try a moisturizing lip product. It's a vibrant red shade that's perfect for a fresh look, and I think it would suit warm-toned individuals especially well! The pigmentation is great, and it has decent staining power, so the longevity is quite impressive. Here's a pro tip for mask wearers: gently blot your lips with a tissue before putting on your mask. This removes the excess moisture layer without affecting the color, which helps prevent transfer! There's nothing particularly negative, but I wouldn't recommend it to those sensitive to fragrances (though I found it fine!). Also, if you're not a fan of lip stains, this might not be for you. I've included my top tip in the positive section! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 8, 2020
The color payoff is moisturizing and long-lasting. What's more, it doesn't transfer as much as other hydrating tints - that's a huge plus! Sigh... I was getting my skin checked at the dermatologist's office, and they found my lips were full of fluorescent substances. The dermatologist advised against using lip products with fluorescent materials, saying they accumulate in the body over time. I liked everything else about it, but as soon as I learned about the fluorescent ingredients, I had to throw it away. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2020
**I have sensitive lips that develop contact dermatitis when I use oil tints or glossy tints. However, I'm generally fine with lipsticks, lip balms, matte tints, and water tints.** For those who, like me, can't use certain tints due to contact dermatitis caused by ingredients in oil tints, please take note! To cut to the chase, the Milimage Waterizing Tint didn't work for me... While I loved the color and texture, it triggered an allergic reaction on my lips. It became itchy, and scratching led to oozing. The recovery period for my lips was painfully long. But for those of you with steel lips, I hope you can enjoy it on my behalf too! ✔️Texture: Applies with a watery feel, creating a water-like film ✔️Color: A clear red shade that brightens up your look ✔️Scent: Smells like mango juice ✔️Packaging: The lipstick-in-a-tube packaging is cute. The applicator catches slightly when it comes out, which should prevent leakage. 💗And this is my personal opinion💗 For those who develop contact dermatitis from tints like Rom&nd Glasting Tint, oil tints, water-film tints, etc... I found that YSL tints don't cause this reaction for me. It's really strange, isn't it? I desperately wanted that water-film, tanghulu lip look too, so I tried them all, but they all caused dermatitis and I had to throw them away... Yet somehow YSL tints work fine, even though their ingredients aren't particularly good. My capitalist lips make no sense! Hope this helps those who might be in a similar situation. I'm giving 3 stars because, unfortunately, those with contact dermatitis like me can't use this product. I used to think foolishly that if I kept using it, my lips would adapt... But if a tint doesn't agree with you, it's best not to use it at all.
