If I had to think of something, it would be nice if they made a smaller travel-sized version. Adults might appreciate the gold content, but there's a lingering sticky feeling at the end I applied it to my newborn's heat rash, only to find out it contains three toxic substances... heartbreaking

It seems to have almost no oil and is water-based, making it comfortable to use. The gel texture also helps cool down the skin significantly. It's been a great product for my daily night care routine! This soothing gel performs its core function so diligently that I can't really find any major drawbacks! It's absolutely divine when applied and massaged in with a cooling massage tool!
