I've been using this product for years now. I was a shampoo nomad for over 3 years due to bleached hair... Even with highly recommended shampoos, my hair ends would split. But since using this product, my hair strands have become thicker and the ends don't split anymore. My hair feels so much stronger now! My hair tends to be on the dry side, and my scalp is neither oily nor dry. I've been using this without any scalp itchiness or excess oil, and it works great for me.

At first, I didn't notice much when I was alternating it with other shampoos. But after using this one consistently, I could feel my hair becoming dry. It's way too expensive for what it does, with more drawbacks than benefits. The smell is awful, like preservatives. You absolutely need to use a good conditioner generously with this. I have thin, curly hair that became like straw after coloring, so I tried this, but instead of improving, my hair became even more brittle and the scent is unpleasant. Such a waste of money - I should've just bought a good domestic brand. Even the bottle is fragile. You're supposed to squeeze it, but the case is so rigid it just cracked. With about a third left, I now have to unscrew the cap and pour it out. It's incredibly inconvenient and has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

I can't remember anything particularly good about it. I bought it once at Olive Young. Maybe the small case means you can use it up quickly?

After using it, the hair feels stiff, so a conditioner is a must.
