It's great for evening out my skin tone and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy.
ConsI can't think of any downsides. It seems to be all good! If I had to nitpick, maybe it's slightly rich?

ConsIt feels like it's clogging my pores. Even though I double cleanse with Dr. Eslee foam cleanser, it seems to trap sebum easily.

As a mom, it's hard to apply products when going out with kids, but this one provides both sun protection and brightens my complexion. At first, it looks white, but after a short while, it absorbs naturally, giving a subtle glow. Thanks to this product, I can step out for quick errands without makeup, which is fantastic!
ConsI haven't found any drawbacks yet. The price is reasonable too, so if it doesn't get discontinued, I'd love to use it forever.
TipDue to its zinc oxide content, it's better to pat it in gently rather than rubbing it. Additional note: For those who found it hard to access before, I'm adding this: While it used to be available only at dermatology clinics, there's now a dedicated website where you can order today and receive it tomorrow!

I started using it after my dermatologist recommended it. I have oily and sensitive skin. Compared to other sunscreens, I love how it's less rich and doesn't feel greasy. Usually, most sunscreens make my skin itchy and cause redness, but this one doesn't do that at all! Since it's a mineral sunscreen, it does leave a white cast, but it actually looks pretty nice. I use it as a brightening moisturizer instead of makeup base. If you have super sensitive skin, you absolutely must try this - buy it twice!
ConsIt's hard to find online... The inconvenience of having to go directly to a dermatologist to buy it is a downside. And... the price... is a bit... expensive..

Highly recommended for those struggling with blemishes and product choices. It seems to even out the skin tone as well.
ConsIt tends to dry out the skin. As time passes, you can feel deep dryness developing.
TipApplying a night cream before this product can help prevent the feeling of deep dryness.

As someone with combination skin, I'm particularly impressed that it doesn't break down around my nose area.
ConsThe tricky part is that it's not easy to remove (though I've heard this is typical for mineral sunscreens, so I'm satisfied). The scent takes some getting used to - it's a bit odd at first, but becomes tolerable over time.

It doesn't wash off easily with sweat and leaves the skin feeling fresh and matte.
ConsIt's expensive and only available at dermatology clinics... Also, it might be a bit challenging for those with dry skin to use in winter as it can feel tight.

For a sunscreen, the ingredients are quite good. 3. It doesn't trigger acne breakouts. 4. It provides a slight brightening effect, making your complexion look radiant. 5. Unlike typical sunscreens, it's not sticky. In fact, it helps control excess oil, which is great.
Cons1. It's only available for purchase at dermatology clinics. 2. It's somewhat pricey.
TipI'm not sure why the packaging design is different, but the Dr. Eslee sunscreen I have looks a bit different. I wonder if it's been recently repackaged...?

ConsOn dry areas (cheeks), it made dead skin cells more noticeable.. At first it was fine, but after using it for about 3 months, I started feeling a burning sensation every time I applied it. I'm not sure if the product has gone bad or if my skin has become super sensitive..

It's nearly my holy grail! I love that it's not oily at all, so there's no greasy or heavy feeling. Plus, when I apply it before going out, it seems to have a slight complexion-evening effect. Am I the only one who notices this? At one point, my dermatologist suggested I try the Zeroid sunscreen, but I switched back to this product.
ConsFor those with extremely dry skin, this might feel a bit too tight on application.
TipEven if you're only applying sunscreen, it's best to cleanse thoroughly before bed.
