The frequency of blemishes has decreased slightly compared to before. The product absorbs well. After some time passes, it tends to pill like when skin is waterlogged. It forms something similar to dead skin cells, which is difficult to remove from the face. I wouldn't recommend this if you dislike residue on your skin. Use this before applying your ampoule and toner! - 89********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresJul 1, 2025
After using it, there's a noticeable improvement in my skin - it's subtly different from before application. It pills and just isn't good. I bought it because it was cheap, but I can't recommend it. - ch************Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 29, 2025
It absorbs well, but those with sensitive skin need to be careful with the amount used. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but after trying it, my sensitive skin didn't react at all. It seems to have some effect on minimizing pores. While you need to control the amount with any cosmetic product, it's hard to gauge how much to apply. You'll need to experiment several times to get it right. - ri***Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 28, 2025
It absorbs like a dream and feels super lightweight on the skin. Even with my oily complexion, it doesn't cause any issues. It's pretty standard, so I can't really pinpoint any drawbacks. It's just... good. This review suggests the product works well for oily skin types, absorbing quickly without causing blemishes. The lack of negatives could be seen as a positive, indicating a reliable, no-fuss product. - yf********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 28, 2025
I'd give it about 3.5 stars specifically... I'm not sure exactly what niacinamide does, but when I use it, my skin definitely looks better the next day! I've been using this for a long time, about three years? My skin feels so irritated It's like applying Retin-A 1000 every day They say not to use it with vitamin C, so I don't combine them I only apply it in the evening and make sure to use sunscreen consistently the next day On days when my skin feels sensitive and even gentle products sting, I skip this... But it works great when I layer it with a hyaluronic acid serum! - fi********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 27, 2025
I ordered this after reading the reviews, and it's definitely great. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel like my neck wrinkles are becoming less noticeable... Perhaps it's because I'm using it consistently. It's fragrance-free, but I'm not sure if the absorption is all that great. After applying, it feels a bit sticky on the skin. - ji********Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 27, 2025
While it's not completely irritation-free, unless you have super sensitive skin, it's more of a slight tingle than actual discomfort. It doesn't seem to cause any burning sensation. For those concerned about pilling - listen up! In the evening, I personally don't worry too much about whether it pills or not. I just apply it and call it a day. But in the morning? That's a different story. Pilling can turn your makeup into a mess. So here's my trick: I take a small amount on the back of my hand and apply a very thin layer all over. This way, I don't experience any pilling. I used to be too scared to use it in the morning, but now I'm happily using it both day and night. Clever, right? Just for reference, I have dry skin. As long as I follow up with good hydration, I don't experience any deep dryness or tightness. I initially thought I might need to switch to a product with better absorption due to the pilling, but by simply adjusting the amount and application method, I've found it works great. I'll definitely keep using it. Oh, and here's a bonus - I've noticed it really helps with oil control. Those little bumps from excess sebum and clogged pores? They've become less noticeable, and the shine around my pores has decreased too. How's that for a win? If I had to nitpick, the pilling could be an issue, but it's manageable if you adjust your application technique. Remember, everyone's skin is different. What works for me might not work for you, so always patch test and introduce new products gradually into your skincare routine. - 7w********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJun 27, 2025
I'm not sure if I used it incorrectly, but I couldn't feel any benefits! First, when applying or after application, it pills like dead skin cells. This makes it difficult to layer cream in the next step. Also, since I have dry skin, it causes deep dryness when used alone. I bought it in a package with hyaluronic acid, and fortunately, it's paired with an ingredient focused on hydration! I either mix the two products or apply this one to areas with pore and texture concerns, and the hyaluronic acid to other areas. When using it, make sure to press it firmly into your skin with your hands, as if you're feeding your face! Otherwise, pilling will occur... - re**********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 27, 2025
There's something... It seems to be working, but...?? I'm not quite sure... I guess if I use it consistently for a long time, my complexion will brighten up? It pills up like white residue. The texture is really disappointing... It didn't cause any tingling for me though.
