Pros
When my face feels hot and irritated, or when I have a bit of contact dermatitis, this mask provides instant relief and reduces the burning sensation. Its soothing effect is outstanding. It has a gel texture and contains mugwort. The mask stays moist throughout the application and leaves my skin hydrated even after rinsing.
Cons
The downside of wash-off masks is the hassle. It's difficult to rinse off and makes the sink messy. Also, the mugwort scent isn't very pleasant.
Tip
After masking, instead of rinsing it off, I remove the excess and discard it. Then I just wash off the remaining slick residue on my face. This way, the sink doesn't get messy.

Pros
This is my absolute favorite mask, and I always use it when my skin is acting up. It's great for calming blemishes and cooling down irritated skin. I just wish they'd offer more discounts on it!
Cons
Washing it off can be a bit of a challenge. To remove it completely, you really need to rinse multiple times. The worst part is that it always leaves the bathroom a mess.

Pros
I've tried every soothing product out there, but nothing ever showed visible results until I finally discovered this... It's a true treasure! My skin type: acne-prone/combination dehydrated/prone to redness This product is exceptional at calming redness!!! I use cleansing oil daily for blackheads, but I still get those pesky closed comedones, probably due to ineffective exfoliation. Old stubborn ones harden if not extracted, so I occasionally have to squeeze them, which leaves the area very red. But with this mask? Wow. It transforms from bright red to just a slight flush~ I couldn't believe my eyes.... It's truly amazing for soothing redness after using my aqua peeling device on whiteheads too.... I've never experienced such a dramatic change from a soothing product in my life! I've personally tried all the famous products (Nature Republic serum, The Lab by Blanc Doux soothing cream, etc.) but they were all ineffective. This is the best by far.
Cons
However, it doesn't help with acne itself. It only targets redness! Also, it's a bit pricey. I can't use it often, so I save it for after intense exfoliation or extractions...
Tip
The instructions suggest mixing it with cleansing foam, but honestly, that's a waste of money. This works best as a mask for maximum effectiveness.

The scent had an herbal aroma that made me feel like my skin was getting healthier! The texture was like a bouncy gel or jelly that didn't drip when applied to the skin, making it easy to use. Instead of feeling slippery, the jelly-like consistency kept the mask's hydration from evaporating, so it didn't dry out and left my skin feeling somewhat moisturized at the end! It had a cooling effect that reduced skin heat after masking, and while I'm not sure about its blemish-soothing properties, I felt it helped prevent existing blemishes from getting worse!
Cons
I bought this product because I've enjoyed other I'm From mask packs (honey, fig), and while it's okay for occasional use, I don't think it's worth the price given its limited effectiveness. You might be better off just using a regular sheet mask!

Pros
I have combination and sensitive skin. I use this product for cooling and soothing purposes. After going out, I often get breakouts like hives on my cheeks due to wearing masks, so I apply a mask and wash it off 10-15 minutes later. It's cool enough without refrigerating, and after applying a moisturizer or recovery cream, my skin is significantly soothed by the next day. The rating is lower than expected, but I'm very satisfied using it.
Cons
