As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I was always worried about excess oil and deep dryness after applying products. But this one effectively manages both issues, which I really appreciate! I thought it was great for the first three weeks of use, but after that, my face started to itch. I wouldn't recommend this for those with sensitive skin. - lj*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 23, 2023
I have acne-prone skin that's lacking hydration, and this is the only product I use! In summer, it's so lightweight that applying just this keeps my skin's oil and moisture balance in check while maintaining adequate hydration. In winter, it's a bit insufficient on its own. You'll need to pair it with a hydrating cream or the Hydra from the same line! - ys******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresAug 27, 2023
Among all the salicylic acid toners I've used for exfoliation, this is the most hydrating. Unlike typical salicylic acid toners or pads that tend to strip away all oil and moisture, leaving your skin feeling tight, this one feels just like applying a refreshing water toner. There's hardly any tightness. Of course, if you don't follow up with hydrating products right away, you might experience some dryness. Rather than being a flaw of the product itself, it's more about the nature of salicylic acid products. This toner is great for non-sensitive, very oily skin types looking to gently control sebum production in summer. For combination dehydrated skin, it's actually more important to focus on hydration during summer, so I'd recommend the Bioderma Hydrabio line instead. This toner reminded me once again that for super sensitive skin, salicylic acid is like poison. After just one use, my face and neck swelled up as if I'd been stung by bees - it was so bad I could barely open my eyes. I've tried almost every Bioderma product and have a deep trust in the brand. I've especially settled on their Sensibio and Hydrabio lines, having gone through over 100 bottles as they work so well for my extremely sensitive skin. I thought Sébium might be okay too, but there are no exceptions when it comes to salicylic acid for me. Interestingly, other products from the Sébium line like the Gel Moussant cleanser, Mat Control, and Pore Refiner don't cause any allergic reactions for me, and I use them year-round. This shows just how potent the Sébium Lotion is. Even if you use other Sébium products well, it's crucial to patch test this one. In summary: If you have extremely sensitive or atopic skin that can't tolerate exfoliating ingredients like those in Stridex or COSRX One Step Original Clear Pads, absolutely avoid this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2023
I received this product as a recommendation along with the cooling hydrating gel cream, and it's absolutely perfect for my super sensitive skin. It really works hard to prevent new blemishes from appearing and helps existing ones subside. I'm so relieved! The price is a bit steep, and you go through it quite quickly, which is a shame. Also, if you have dry skin, you might find the hydration level insufficient, so you'll need to use it in combination with other products. For the best results, after cooling your face and before applying makeup, soak a cotton pad with this product and place it on your skin while you're drying your hair. It works wonders! - lo*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2023
I've tried many products, but this one felt the lightest on my skin Because it's so light, it might not be suitable for those looking for intense hydration - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsMar 27, 2023
This is my go-to emulsion that I apply religiously after cleansing, both morning and night. Those with super sensitive skin might experience a bit of tingling sensation, unfortunately. - 26******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedMar 23, 2023
This is my favorite product from Bioderma! It's hydrating yet lightweight, making it perfect for summer use. The refreshing and invigorating feel makes it suitable as an exfoliating toner too. You might worry that because 'Sébium' is in the product name, it would dry out oily skin and be terrible for dry skin types. But that's not the case at all - it's just a nice, gentle hydrating toner! It has a melon and cucumber scent, which I personally love for its sweet yet cool fragrance. However, if you're not a fan of cucumber scents, you might want to be cautious. There's nothing I dislike about it! Since I regularly purchase this product, I just wish they'd offer bigger discounts. For winter, I recommend Bioderma Hydrabio Essence Lotion, and for summer, Bioderma Sébium Lotion. - co*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 14, 2023
It's not sticky at all, which is great because I absolutely hate sticky products. This one feels so light on the skin, it's perfect! Sigh... Ever since I started using this, my skin gets incredibly hot and turns red every night. It's so irritating and causes a burning sensation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2023

This product is perfect for oily skin types with excess sebum production. It's an especially great toner to use during the summer months. The price. At 30,000 won, it's quite expensive considering the amount you get.
