I bought this product to help with acne pigmentation, as I needed to focus on brightening. Vitamin C and retinol were too harsh for my skin, so I opted for niacinamide, which is relatively gentler. The dispenser is shaped like a children's medicine bottle, making it super easy to apply. I think this type of container is perfect, especially since the formula is completely liquid. It does sting a bit when applied, but I didn't experience any breakouts or reactions. I'm really satisfied as I've noticed my pigmentation has significantly faded. I'm planning to try the 20% version next time. Like other niacinamide products, it does cause a bit of facial hair growth. However, I'm more concerned about managing pigmentation and sebum, so I'm still happy using it. I can always deal with the hair later with laser treatment! If I had to share the skincare routine that's been most effective for me and that I'm still following, it would be (in order): La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel (for cleansing), isoi Niacinamide 10% Treatment, Torriden Dive-In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Etude Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream, and La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ M (for blemish spots). The lightweight formula makes it suitable for oily and combination skin types. It absorbs well and is easy to layer without feeling heavy. The only downside might be the small amount of product. However, given its affordable price, it's not really a disappointment.
