I've been using this on the back of my neck because it's darker there. It's great for brightening! They don't mention that you should only use a small amount, not apply too much. - 51****Dry SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2025
The texture flows like water. I mix it with my hydrating cream, and it's easy to use without any issues. There's nothing I found disappointing, so I plan to repurchase every time I run out. - ow****Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 6, 2025
I've been using this product for over two years now, and I'm really impressed! When I get blemishes, I apply a drop or two before bed, and I can definitely feel them calming down. It doesn't make them disappear completely, but compared to leaving them alone, they become smaller and heal faster. Even though I have super sensitive skin, I've been able to use this without any major issues. I'm not sure about its brightening effects, to be honest. Also, if I apply too much, it can cause some redness. This product works hard on blemishes, which is great for those of us dealing with occasional breakouts. While it may not be a miracle worker for evening skin tone, its ability to reduce the appearance of blemishes is noteworthy. Just remember to use it sparingly to avoid any potential irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin like me. - ch********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedMay 13, 2025
I bought this product to help with acne pigmentation, as I needed to focus on brightening. Vitamin C and retinol were too harsh for my skin, so I opted for niacinamide, which is relatively gentler. The dispenser is shaped like a children's medicine bottle, making it super easy to apply. I think this type of container is perfect, especially since the formula is completely liquid. It does sting a bit when applied, but I didn't experience any breakouts or reactions. I'm really satisfied as I've noticed my pigmentation has significantly faded. I'm planning to try the 20% version next time. Like other niacinamide products, it does cause a bit of facial hair growth. However, I'm more concerned about managing pigmentation and sebum, so I'm still happy using it. I can always deal with the hair later with laser treatment! If I had to share the skincare routine that's been most effective for me and that I'm still following, it would be (in order): La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel (for cleansing), isoi Niacinamide 10% Treatment, Torriden Dive-In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Etude Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream, and La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ M (for blemish spots). This is truly a combination I'll stick with for life... - sh**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2025
The lightweight formula makes it suitable for oily and combination skin types. It absorbs well and is easy to layer without feeling heavy. The only downside might be the small amount of product. However, given its affordable price, it's not really a disappointment. - cj******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 29, 2025
The watery texture makes it easy to apply and absorbs quickly. It's great that you get a generous amount at an affordable price. As with most brightening products, you need to use it consistently for a long time to see results. I've been on and off with it, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness. It feels moisturizing, so I'm just continuing to use it for now. - al*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2025
I've been using this for over 3 months and still going strong! The amount is incredibly generous. I love how it makes my skin feel moisturized when applied. As for brightening, well... it seems to work to some extent, but honestly, the effect is subtle and not dramatic. Those who have used brightening products before will understand - it doesn't noticeably fade redness or blemishes. You just have to trust the process and keep using it! - yh*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 13, 2025
It's like water and absorbs well. It might be better for applying to discolored areas on the body rather than the face. I'm not sure if it actually whitens the face, but I applied it diligently. However, I think using sunscreen might be more effective. - gu********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 11, 2025
With 10% niacinamide, it absorbs well without causing any irritation. I didn't find any particular drawbacks. I'm considering repurchasing. - pa*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 1, 2025
The watery texture absorbs quickly, which is great for oily skin I'm not sure yet if it's effective for oily, acne-prone skin Diligently patting it in
