  I'm on my second bottle now. At first, I wasn't sure how potent the 10% formula would be, so I started with just a few drops. But now I'm confidently applying it generously. I haven't experienced any skin irritation, and looking back after finishing a whole bottle, I can definitely see that my complexion has brightened. My face looks noticeably brighter than the rest of my body!

  I'm using it well! I bought it because I heard niacinamide is good for brightening and has antibacterial properties. After using it consistently for 3 months, I haven't seen dramatic brightening effects, but my face does look a bit more radiant. It's been useful as I haven't experienced any blemishes.

  Cons

  The packaging is inconvenient. If you don't close the lid properly, something white spreads around it.

  Pros

  My mother has a slightly darker complexion, so when she asked me to order a brightening moisturizer for her, I did. It seems her face has become noticeably brighter. However, since she naturally has a warm undertone, it hasn't changed her overall warm complexion to cool. Apart from that, I really like this product because it offers great value for money considering its niacinamide content! In my case, I use another brand's product with 10% niacinamide, which is pure niacinamide and can be somewhat irritating. This product, however, seems to have a well-balanced blend of ingredients, so it's likely to be less irritating. In other words, I think it's perfectly suitable as an essence or ampoule.

  If I had to pick something, I wish the opening where the product comes out was just a bit smaller.

  This is my holy grail skincare product! I sincerely hope Isoi never discontinues this gem. When I apply it before bed and wake up in the morning, my skin looks noticeably brighter - the effects are that immediate! I always make sure to use it the night before any important events. Just to be safe, I'm currently using it every other day to give my skin a bit of a break. I've tried many Isoi products, but this one takes the crown. It's also been incredibly effective in fading blemish marks. Isoi, please never change this niacinamide formula!

  There's absolutely nothing to complain about! If I really had to nitpick, maybe the packaging? But considering how affordable the product is, I have zero complaints.

  Tip

  I recommend starting with a small amount and gradually increasing usage (remember, skincare is always case-by-case, so be cautious!). If you happen to have a galvanic device, using it on the whitening setting while applying this product can enhance absorption - highly recommended!
