After using this, I started getting breakouts on my cheeks and forehead. I'm not usually prone to breakouts, but after switching from the Perfect Watery Oil and Whip to the Oil Whip, I started getting breakouts. I've been discontinuing use for a week now, but they haven't gone away, so I've purchased some breakout care products and am in the process of using them.. I bought several but they were a bust

It's probably better to just use a different product.. I really don't get breakouts often, especially on my forehead!

When I only did a light base makeup, I didn't need to do a double cleansing.
Cons
I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the worst product ever... The oil foam has an awkward positioning, and the cleanser doesn't cleanse properly... And who uses SLS on their face these days? I have super sensitive skin and can handle 10% AHA, but this product made my face flip over after just two uses... I trusted Shiseido, but I'm really disappointed.

I bought the makeup remover to use it all at once during my travels, and the cleansing power was good. It was able to effectively remove even light eye makeup.
Cons
After using it, my face would hurt. I wondered if it was because of this product, and when I stopped using it and then used it again, my face hurt again. It turns out that it was indeed the cause.

The product comes out as a foaming type, and unlike regular cleansing oils, it can be used even when there is water on the skin, which I found to be quite convenient.

At first, my skin felt soft and moisturized after cleansing. But around the third time I used it, my face suddenly started to feel irritated. And for some unknown reason, I started developing small pimples, so I stopped using the product.
