  After using this, I started getting breakouts on my cheeks and forehead. I'm not usually prone to breakouts, but after switching from the Perfect Watery Oil and Whip to the Oil Whip, I started getting breakouts.   When I only did a light base makeup, I didn't need to do a double cleansing.
