As a devoted fan of Penhaligon's Orange Blossom perfume, I was thrilled to find a lip balm with the same delightful scent. The application is wonderfully smooth, which is perfect for me since I have extremely dry lips and tend to pick at them. It's so moisturizing that I've stopped this habit, making it the most satisfying lip balm I've used to date. While there aren't any major drawbacks, it does soften in high temperatures like other lip balms. I bought it as a portable option, but in these pandemic times, it's not very hygienic to apply with fingers when out and about, and carrying a spatula isn't practical. As a result, I only use it at home with clean hands. It provides ample glow, making it perfect for layering over tint to achieve a natural, beautiful finish. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 1, 2021
First off, it's small and pretty, making it light and easy to carry around. The scent isn't irritating or artificial, just a nice, subtle cosmetic fragrance. I think even men could use it comfortably, unless they have particularly sensitive skin! I've tried many solid lip balms from other brands, and in comparison, this one has just the right consistency - not too soft or too hard. Definitely recommend it! The price for this lip balm is a bit on the higher side. However, it's definitely worth every penny! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 6, 2020
As expected from a brand famous for its fragrances, the scent is lovely. First off, it's quite pricey. I bought it at duty-free. The case is incredibly difficult to open. It's important not to close the lid completely. If you do, it becomes really hard to open again. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 18, 2019
I snagged Penhaligon's Orange Blossom Lip Balm during a duty-free shopping spree. Back then, it was only available at duty-free shops, but now you can find it online too. Penhaligon's is quite famous for their British fragrances - you might know their Orange Blossom perfume as 'Song Hye-kyo's scent'. After rubbing it a few times, the balm transfers to your hands. I like that it's transparent. When applied to the lips, it feels like a light coating - similar to applying Vaseline. It's great for everyday, lightweight use. The price might make you wince, but if you buy it duty-free, you can snag it for a more wallet-friendly price! - ye*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2018
Once applied, you won't need another lip balm for about 3 hours. It's not particularly lightweight, so I mainly apply it before bed. However, it's not overly heavy either. I bought it for the pretty case, but it exceeded my expectations. The case is inconvenient to open. Leaves a sticky feeling on the lips. It works well when applied at the start of your skincare routine, then gently blotted before applying lip makeup.
