My husband usually has seborrheic dermatitis, so we've been using products from Hansalim or co-ops. He often complained about itchiness, but he says this product doesn't cause any of those issues at all. As a result, our whole family has switched to using it. While products from organic stores show zero harmful ingredients, this one comes with two cautionary notes. - sm*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2020
The ingredients are better compared to regular shampoos. The generous volume allows for a pre-wash and two full washes without running out quickly. 1. The cleansing effectiveness is lacking. It feels like the product is being absorbed into the hair rather than washing it clean. This seems to be a common issue with natural shampoos. 2. As it's meant for oily hair, it leaves the hair feeling stiff. The stiffness causes some hair breakage. 3. It's on the pricier side. Unfortunately, there are no discounts available, which is disappointing. Since it's quite expensive, it's less burdensome to purchase when there's a sale on the website or during buy-one-get-one-free promotions. - ia*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 10, 2019
I bought this product while searching for a shampoo for puberty. My middle school daughter was dealing with common teenage issues like dandruff, oiliness, and odor. We tried various products before settling on this one, and we're satisfied. I was surprised by some negative reviews. It eliminated dandruff and solved the oily scalp problem that used to occur within a day. The price is quite steep. Maybe because it doesn't lather much, my child seems to use a lot at once. She says it ran out quickly... Even though it doesn't create much lather, it still cleanses well, so use an appropriate amount. - dh*****Dry SkinOct 8, 2019
The ingredients are quite good for a shampoo, and it seems to enhance hair color after washing. My scalp gets incredibly itchy, and it doesn't feel clean. There's no fragrance, so it has an unpleasant odor. Worst of all, it leaves my hair extremely greasy. My hairstylist even asked what shampoo I was using because my hair was so oily. It might be suitable for those with dry hair, people looking for fragrance-free shampoos with specific ingredients, or those who dislike scented hair products. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 18, 2019
I started using this because I have a sensitive scalp. It lathers up better than I expected. To be honest, even though I have a sensitive scalp, I don't feel like it's making much of a difference. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2019
As a natural product, it doesn't produce much lather. While it doesn't give an extremely cooling sensation, it's generally pleasant to use. I'm not sure if it's a good value for the price! Although the volume is generous, I can't really identify any outstanding benefits that would make it exceptional. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 2, 2019
Generous amount Convenient pump dispenser Mild, pleasant fragrance After using this, I developed small blemishes on my forehead, and my scalp became oily. It felt like something thick was left on my scalp. Once again, buying cosmetics and shampoos advertised on Instagram isn't a good idea. It's not even particularly cheap. Recommended for those without super sensitive skin, but those prone to blemishes should be cautious.
