It has a nice, smooth texture when applied and feels like a matte crayon. The color payoff is great and it blends well, making it perfect for quick application on busy mornings. In the review photo, I've swatched it and blended the lower part with my finger - it spreads beautifully! Surprisingly, it comes off easily with just water! With soap, it's completely clean. So you'll need to carry it with you for touch-ups. It doesn't set, so it moves as you apply it and blends - that kind of feeling? The staying power isn't great. Also, there's quite a bit of excess powder fallout. Don't use it for water activities!
