The color payoff is great, and there's a subtle glitter that looks really pretty. Highly recommended for those with warm undertones! The presence of glitter slightly reduces its versatility. Also, the color is quite intense, so it tends to smudge a bit...

It has a nice, smooth texture when applied and feels like a matte crayon. The color payoff is great and it blends well, making it perfect for quick application on busy mornings. In the review photo, I've swatched it and blended the lower part with my finger - it spreads beautifully! Surprisingly, it comes off easily with just water! With soap, it's completely clean. So you'll need to carry it with you for touch-ups. It doesn't set, so it moves as you apply it and blends - that kind of feeling? The staying power isn't great. I bought this to draw an eyeliner along the lower lash line and inner corner. It's my third time purchasing a Protage pencil, and I was surprised by how incredibly soft it is, despite being a pencil. I expected it to be stiff, but it's perfect for creating gradients. Highly recommended if you want a subtle shimmer look! The staying power is a bit disappointing. It seems designed to create a beautiful, smudged color effect, but as a trade-off, it fades rather quickly.

Easy to use, doesn't leave residue on hands, and conveniently portable Apart from those advantages, everything else is a drawback. It has zero adherence, disappearing completely within an hour. It's really bad for your eyes. For eye makeup, longevity is crucial, and this scores a zero there. I bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free deal, now it's just decorating a corner of my desk Don't buy the ones with shimmer. They claimed it could be used for contouring, which sounded promising, but it's impossible. Too much shimmer and way too dark. They said it could replace eyeliner, but the tip is too blunt - feels like drawing with charcoal. Supposedly usable as eyeshadow, but it's more like a deep cocoa shade suitable for darker skin tones. They say it's lightweight? The color is very intense, so the pigmentation is great and it lasts longer than other shades. The supposed advantages quickly become disadvantages. They claim it's versatile and can be used in multiple ways, but I couldn't make use of any of those features. This is definitely one of the worst products I've tried from Too Cool For School. Definitely won't be repurchasing this one.

Shade 5 Tough Brown: It looks like chocolate brown in the pan, but on the eyes it's closer to an earthy brown. There's a subtle gold shimmer to it. The texture is lightweight and powdery, making it easy to blend. Even though it's a deep color, it's simple to control the intensity. The staying power is lacking. Sometimes I look in the mirror and am surprised to find my bare face staring back at me!
