Pros
I bought a dark-colored eyeliner pencil because I usually just apply eyeshadow without drawing a full eyeliner when going to work. The pencil has a nice gritty feel when applied and has a matte crayon-like texture. The pigmentation is great, and it blends well, so it's easy to quickly draw on my eyes in the busy mornings. The review photos show how smoothly it glides on, and I blended the lower part with my fingers, and it spread out nicely.
Cons
This can be easily removed with just water! It comes off completely clean when using soap as well. So you'll need to retouch your makeup while carrying it around. It doesn't set well, and it just applies and blends however it wants to. The longevity is not good. There's also quite a bit of powder fallout.
Tip
Don't use this for water activities!

The advantage that it can even be used for shading... However, I bought it believing this, but it is impossible. The pearls are too much and too intense. No. 5 Tough Brown: It looks like chocolate brown, but when applied, it's closer to an earthy brown color. There's a subtle gold pearl in it. The texture is light and fluffy, making it easy to blend. Despite the deep color, the application is adjustable.
Cons
