The gentle ingredients worked well even for my mom who has super sensitive skin. It has a clean feel without any rich residue, and with tea tree as an ingredient, it seems perfect for summer use. It's a bit inconvenient and troublesome to use while washing because it doesn't lather much. I love how gentle it is! No eye irritation at all. It's great for my sensitive skin. The shampoo doesn't lather much, so it's a bit tricky to use, but I've been using this product for body wash and foam cleansing for three years now. I don't wear any makeup at all - sunscreen is the last step in my routine. The ingredients are great. I only use it on my body and face, not on my hair. It's gentle and nice, and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I think it'll be especially good in winter. The scent is a bit strong, maybe it's a natural fragrance? It's okay though. If you want to use it on your scalp, you need to apply a lot, and it makes your hair go crazy. The best thing about this product is its excellent ingredients. It's great that it can function as a shampoo and body wash too (though I don't use it as a shampoo personally). It removes makeup effectively without any fuss. Depending on what products you're using, sometimes it doesn't completely remove point makeup. It's also really difficult to purchase - even the places I usually buy from are sold out!

My face would turn red like contact dermatitis, and I had to barely cover it with makeup. When I finally discovered the Hwahae app and searched, I found out that many of the products I was using contained harmful ingredients. After researching, I learned this product doesn't have any harmful components, so I ordered it and have been using it for 3 days. So far, after using it for 3 days, my skin doesn't feel tingling or irritated. It's also less dry after cleansing. It's definitely less irritating to my skin. The scent? I bought three varieties: eucalyptus, lavender, and citrus. The eucalyptus scent was the most pleasant. I've been using it by applying it to my dry face, gently massaging it in, and then rinsing it off with water. It's quite effective at removing blackheads - you can actually see the results with the naked eye. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I've been on the hunt for gentle cleansers. I bought this one after seeing it on a home shopping channel, where they claimed it was mild enough for babies too. The cleansing effectiveness is excellent, and after washing, my face doesn't feel dry at all - it's actually quite hydrated! Even though I only wear sunscreen and no makeup, I still double cleanse just in case, and my skin still feels moisturized afterward! Although this product contains only gentle ingredients, it really stings if it gets in your eyes. I couldn't even open them and had to rinse with tears streaming down my face. You have to be careful when pumping to avoid spills, and it can run off your hands easily. It's inconvenient to use - you need to work up a lather in your hands first. If you try to rub it directly on your face like I did, it just drips everywhere. It's quite troublesome to use. Make sure to work up a lather in your hands before applying it to your face.

At first, when using it without water, the texture might seem a bit stiff, making you wonder. But once water is added, I was impressed by how quickly it lathers into a rich foam. I'm not sure if it's the natural eucalyptus scent, but after rinsing, there's a smell that's reminiscent of... morning breath? I didn't notice it at first, but after a family member pointed it out, I can't help but be conscious of it. It really does smell like morning breath. I wish the fragrance was a bit more pleasant. If you're sensitive to scents, I'd recommend trying a different fragrance option. Start by applying it to your face without water. When you begin to massage, wet your hands slightly. You'll notice rich lather forming wherever your hands touch.
