[Nature Republic California Aloe Ice Puff Sun SPF50+ / PA++++] My skin profile: · Deep undertone · Shade 21 · No redness I initially bought this sun cushion because I disliked using regular sunscreen and thought applying with a puff might be better. The result? Absolutely thrilled! Using sunscreen always bothered me because it got on my hands, but this sun cushion is so convenient! At first, you might find the puff a bit stiff, but as you use it, the product gets absorbed into the puff, making it softer and easier to apply to your face. The compact size is also great for carrying around. Oh, and the cooling effect is amazing! It's so refreshing that I just want to keep patting it on my face. One downside is that the product doesn't dispense evenly when you press the puff. This means you might need to do multiple presses, which can be a bit inconvenient. You also need to be careful with the amount you use - if you're not careful, it can feel heavy and thick on your skin. Also, for those planning to use this as their only sun protection (without makeup), keep in mind that it may darken your skin tone more quickly than expected. Just make sure to control the amount you apply so it doesn't go on too thick, and you'll be good to go! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2022
During the hectic morning rush, This sunscreen pulls double duty with impressive results. It provides coverage that rivals a cushion foundation, even when I haven't used one. It uses chemical ingredients for UV protection, which might clog pores... I'll need to be mindful of potential pore congestion. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 15, 2021
It's incredibly refreshing! I love how it naturally brightens my complexion. I wish the puff was a bit larger, and you need to use a setting powder with it. - si****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 5, 2021
Works hard to provide an instant cooling sensation upon application! No need to apply sunscreen, BB cream, or foundation separately - this all-in-one product is convenient and effective. The matte finish will likely appeal to those who prefer that type of texture. Despite being labeled as a brightening moisturizer, it has more of a foundation-like beige color... It's a bit darker than expected. The shade is similar to a #23 foundation with a subdued tone. Due to its matte formula, it tends to pill and look patchy if applied over light skincare. You'll need to layer your skincare products thoroughly underneath. - be*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 28, 2021
This product has a cooling effect that refreshes your face, making it perfect for summer use. It's also suitable for blemish-prone skin! While the pump-style container design is innovative, I personally found it difficult to control the amount dispensed, which was a bit inconvenient. I'd recommend this sunscreen for those hot summer days or whenever you want to cool down your skin temperature. It even worked well for my blemish-prone skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 7, 2020
The moment I applied this to my face, I thought, 'Ah, this is truly made for summer!' It has such a cooling effect that I felt refreshed the entire time I was applying it. The application method is so simple and easy that it would be great as a base for daily makeup. It's also perfect for those quick trips to the local store! The disappointing aspect is that the coverage is really light. If it had a bit more coverage, it would have become my all-time favorite, holy grail cosmetic product! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 3, 2020
I love that it doesn't leave residue on my hands and it's perfect for using outdoors on hot days! It's so refreshing. I think I've been using it for 3-4 years now. When I'm too lazy to put on makeup, I just apply this and go out. The ingredients are not good at all... Now that I know, I probably won't use it anymore. As someone who has used it for years, I feel like it's been reformulated. The color seems to be getting lighter. It used to be darker and covered freckles well, but now it only provides light coverage. Also, after a while, it makes my skin quite oily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2020
It feels incredibly refreshing. It's like the temperature drops instantly on my skin. The beads inside make it noisy when you shake it. Also, I get the feeling that I can't use up all the product completely. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2020
This is a product I stock up on and use every summer. Last year, I used a version with foundation color. Since I prefer light makeup, I would just apply this product and some lip tint. It didn't look unnatural and made my skin tone look bright, as if I had done a full face of makeup. This year, however, because we need to wear masks, I'm using the transparent version to prevent transfer. It feels refreshing when I apply it whenever my face feels hot under the mask. Even though it's transparent, it doesn't leave a white cast and still manages to give my complexion a brightening effect. It's disappointing that there are only two built-in puffs included. Summer is hot and humid, which promotes bacterial growth, and the puffs tend to tear after several washes. I couldn't even find replacement puffs in stores. I wish they would include more puffs, even if it means slightly increasing the price. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 6, 2020
It feels refreshingly cool the moment you apply it. There's no irritation, and the cooling sensation gives a soothing effect. It provides light coverage for minor blemishes. It's convenient because you can just pat it on when you forget to apply sunscreen. The downside is that the strong scent makes it challenging to apply.
