I've been using this since November 2024. The staying power is great and it applies smoothly. After my BB cream, I use it all over my face contours and around the sides of my nose. I use the light shade on my T-zone, and dab it on blemishes like a concealer. It's just fantastic! The amount... At first, it seemed like a lot, but if you're contouring your whole face, you'll go through it quickly. Always use a setting spray after your BB cream and let it air dry. Then, use a damp, squeezed sponge to apply the contour stick with light strokes. Pat it in gently. Finally, set it with the spray again. This method really extends the wear time. - yj*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 26, 2025
This is my absolute must-have when doing my makeup! I have a peanut-shaped face with sunken cheeks under my cheekbones. When I apply the highlight part under my cheekbones to cover the shadowy areas, it fills out my cheeks and makes my face look smoother. I'm truly so satisfied with this product and love it so much! I highly recommend it to anyone who's concerned about their face shape like me. I don't use the contouring part much because it's difficult to blend. - tl**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 7, 2025
It's good, but not quite 5-star worthy! Still, it's definitely usable. I've been using it for a little over 3 weeks now. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference from the photos, so I just bought it and tried it out. It's not bad, so I'm still using it! Recently, I've gained some weight, so it's great for when I need to do some intense contouring. It's really useful when going out at night, but in bright light, the contouring is quite noticeable... Remember, blending is key! If you want shimmer, make sure to check carefully before buying. I should have bought one with shimmer. Still, I'm satisfied because it gives a nice volumizing effect, but if you have dry skin, it might look a bit patchy when applied! For me, it tends to look patchy when I apply it on my nose. This might not be a proper tip, but since the formula is quite thick, mixing it with lip product and applying under the eyes improves longevity... the light part, I mean. I use it very occasionally! Mixing the shimmery part with lip product gives a cute, aegyo-like look, but if you tend to touch your eyes often, it's probably best to avoid doing this! - qy********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 15, 2025
It's super convenient to be able to use concealer and shading in one go It can clump a bit or move around, sometimes leaving a small amount on the lid - ra*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 16, 2024
Unlike other powder-type contours, this doesn't feel heavy even when applied generously. Being a matte highlighter, it's also great for concealing dark circles. The large surface area makes precise application challenging. The yellowish undertone isn't suitable for cool complexions. It tends to lift the base makeup, so it's not recommended for beginners. When used on the aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness), it creates a naturally beautiful look. - su******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 30, 2024
Advantage 1: Convenient 2-in-1 product. With cream highlighter and cream contour on each side, it's super easy to use. Advantage 2: Smooth application. It glides on with a hydrating feel. Advantage 3: Colors without redness. The highlighter has a subtle, lovely shimmer, and the contour shade doesn't have an overly red undertone. Advantage 4: Perfect size for precise contouring. Compared to thicker stick products I've used before, the angled tip allows for detailed contouring. Advantage 5: Affordable. Despite being a 2-in-1 product, it's cheaper than many alternatives. Drawback 1: The contour has a slight yellow undertone. While it works for me since I have a lot of redness, those who dislike yellow-toned contours might find it hit or miss. Pro tip 1: Blend slightly with your fingers, then use a beauty sponge for a more natural gradient effect. Pro tip 2: The highlighter's subtle shimmer is gorgeous, and the contour's strong brown tone works great as an eyeshadow too. I suddenly became interested in contouring... As a stage 4 breast cancer patient undergoing targeted therapy, I rarely wore makeup. But with several weddings coming up, I found myself drawn to simple contouring techniques as I started doing my makeup again. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to use both highlighter and contour in one easy step! - vp******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedJun 3, 2024
I've been using this since it first came out. Back then, I used shade #1 because I had fair skin. Now, with more outdoor activities, I've switched to shade #2, and it's the perfect match for my complexion. While shade #1 had a slight shimmer for highlighting, this one doesn't, which is a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I'm still enjoying using it. - bm*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 12, 2024
I always used shade #1 Original, but I decided to try #2 Intense this time. It's so convenient for dry skin since it has highlighter and contour all in one stick. If you apply it and immediately blend with a damp sponge, it blends seamlessly without any patchiness! The highlighter shade is too dark for my complexion. It actually makes me look darker! But I still use it because it defines my features nicely. - ha**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2023
The application, longevity, and adherence are all quite nice. I bought it for cosplay because of its excellent color payoff, and I'm pleased with it. The tip is quite wide, so if you're not careful, you might end up contouring your entire nose... When contouring your nose or working on narrow areas, use the tip of the applicator. - fi**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 28, 2023
1. Ingredients Purchased for its great ingredients 2. Color payoff The color you see is the color you get 3. Application Glides on smoothly 4. Convenience One stick for both highlighting and contouring Easy to apply highlighter on aegyo-sal with a cotton swab when on-the-go 5. Pearl finish When applied and blended well, the pearl finish looks natural 6. Product amount Lasts longer than expected Used daily for over a year No particular downsides for me There are products with better color payoff but considering the ingredients, I'm satisfied Why was it discontinued? I need to repurchase after finishing it... If you just swipe and go, you'll end up with theatrical makeup Make sure to blend gently with a brush, fingers, or puff for a natural look Comparison between shade 1 and 2 - Highlighter: Shade 1 has a brighter white tone, Shade 2 is slightly ivory - Contour: Shade 1 is a reddish brown, Shade 2 is a deeper brown
