Pros
It's decent. There's no major advantage, but there are also no downsides. The fragrance is not too strong, and it has glycerin in purified water, so it's moderately moisturizing. It's not absorbed extremely quickly, but it's not slow either. There's not much stickiness left after applying it. It has a lotion-like level of stickiness.
Cons

Pros
I use the Innisfree Cica Balm alternately with it, and it helps reduce redness, making my face brighter and having an effect on calming acne. It's good to apply it only to the areas where I have partial acne. Or I apply it to the areas where trouble is about to surface before going to bed. The texture is not drying and applies gently. I like the moisturizing texture that absorbs well, the fragrance, and the packaging design.
Cons
The texture is an essence type, but since it's in a dropper bottle, it's not the most convenient to use.
Tip
Niacinamide + Centella + Cica Ampoule + Moisturizer I usually manage my pores and hydration, but on days when trouble seems to be surfacing, I manage it with this routine. I press the toner-soaked cotton pad onto my face, apply Centella to the trouble and blackhead areas, then apply the Cica Balm or Cica Toner, and finish with a moisturizer. Wow, I switched to this from Toridoll, and it's somehow milky in color but has no scent, which is nice. The ingredients are also good. I'll keep using it and leave a review.

The moisturizing scent was all good, and even though I have dry skin, it didn't feel too dry, which was great!!
