At first, when I only applied a thin layer, it was fine. But on the second day, the moisture level was low, so I applied it more generously in two layers. Wow. Just using one ampoule can make your skin this soft.... The fragrance is not irritating, and the ingredients are good. The volume is also quite generous for an ampoule (50ml). I tried it and my rough skin became so smooth that I can't stop touching it. If you don't have super sensitive, allergic skin, you should give it a try. It's almost a holy grail product.

I used it only once, but there were no good points.
Cons
I applied it once at night and slept, but my face was completely flipped over, and I had a lot of milia, itching, and redness. It's been about 3 days, and I'm stressed out because of the acne. I also applied it to my neck, and I got trouble on my neck as well.

Pros
I found it while searching on Hwahae. I chose it because it said there are no harmful ingredients for my sensitive skin. After using it, my face looks brighter and feels smooth.
Cons
My face turned a bit red and itchy, maybe because of the one ingredient. It doesn't last long though. Since I have an allergic skin type, products with harmful ingredients make my face swell up and turn over, so I have to take medication. Please keep that in mind.

Although I thought the functional ampoule would feel thick and sticky, it was actually moisturizing and refreshing.
Cons
After applying it, the butterfly zone started to feel itchy. When I looked in the mirror, I saw 3 red blemishes had popped up along with flushing. I decided to use it consistently, applying it day and night for 5 days, but the issues didn't subside. Also, the pores in the butterfly zone became very pronounced - I'm not sure if they got bigger or if it just looked that way due to the flushing. Anyway, it seems like my skin was irritated somehow. When I stopped using it for a few days, the blemishes started to go down and the flushing calmed down as well. I thought it might be because of the niacinamide and adenosine, but the Witch's Factory Bifida Ampoule, which also contains those ingredients, is working fine for me right now. So it seems like there's some other irritating ingredient in this product that sensitive skin types should be cautious about.

●Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review● I personally like Cyanix products~^^ I'm currently using the First Treatment Essence as well. The ampoule has a relatively large volume, which I liked, and the dropper format was also appealing to me since I prefer that type. The name 'Cyanoide' made me excited about the cica benefits. As I'm getting older, the freckles that appeared before and after childbirth have been quite stubborn. I tried it right away, as this summer has been extremely hot, and my redness and freckles seemed to have worsened. For the first couple of days, I wasn't sure if the Cyanoide ampoule was making a difference. But it seems like the freckles have lightened, though I'm not sure if it's just my imagination. Previous ampoules I've used were drying, but the Cyanix Cyanoide ampoule doesn't feel drying at all. The moisture and oil seem well-balanced, leaving my skin feeling hydrated. While I'm still not sure about the redness, the freckles do appear lighter than before using the product. It's also said to help with anti-aging, so I've been applying it generously around my eye area, though I'll need to use it longer to see results on the wrinkles. As someone who smiles a lot, I have quite a few wrinkles.

The downside is that after using this, I started breaking out. It stings a bit, though not severely. But the worst part is that it made my nose incredibly itchy. I kept wondering if there were mites crawling on my nose!
