# With the triple combo of pore-filling primer, eye primer, and tears welling up from the pain of smudging eyeliner, I have the saddest eyes that no matter how prettily I line the corners, it all wipes off in a few hours due to sebum. 😢 Anyone can see that this eyeliner is made to be easily removed... for eyes like mine, this eyeliner is a godsend♡ I don't even use eyeliner daily, but I have over 5 of these in use. # I can never use pencil liners no matter how much they claim to be smudge-proof - they still smear and make my eyes look bruised all around. But this one doesn't do that!! The wing I draw in the morning stays put until I get home ~ All the liquid liners I tried from Clio/Kate/Kiss Me that claimed to be non-smudging were useless, but this one really doesn't budge. It's amazing... That's why I always recommend this to people looking for a non-smudging liner, and they're all satisfied except for the price.. # Since my hair and eyes are both brown, I only use brown shades. Black looks too harsh and intense for me 😢

The color payoff is the dark brown I wanted, and it's really pretty. Despite being a brush pen ink, there is absolutely no bleeding for a long time, and the brush is also thin, so it draws the lines well when removing them.

The ink does not bleed much and the brush pen part is firm, making it easy for beginners to draw. The colors are also natural. Compared to the habit of touching the eyes, the bleeding radius is very narrow.

This is really great ㅜㅜ Before using this, I thought the Catbond tattoo liner was the best, but this one really doesn't smudge at all and has amazing staying power, and the cleansing is also very clean. I highly recommend the dark brown color. It's a blackish brown, so it looks elegant, the application is smooth, the adhesion is great, and the cleansing is all top-notch. I've been using this product for 4 years now I prefer a neat eyeliner look, so I often use the brush-type, and it doesn't smear and comes in various colors, so I'm currently using the brown one.
Cons

Pros
I've tried all the waterproof eyeliners. It doesn't smudge and is similar in price to Mac Liquid, but the pen format makes it much easier to apply. It has durability comparable to Mac. It doesn't smudge. On average, it lasts for 10 hours. I will repurchase the brown color.
Cons
Even if it claims not to smudge, you should still use a cotton swab to wipe under your eyes when you're doing touch-ups.

This eyeliner doesn't smudge on my hooded eyes and has amazing staying power! To be honest, as someone with hooded eyes (the kind where eyeliner tends to smear and disappear into the crease), I really agonized over finding the right eyeliner. But this product truly doesn't budge. I can apply it in the morning and it lasts all day. I bought it from Sephora in the US for $21, which is a reasonable price. This is a holy grail product for us hooded-eye folks!
Cons
After a while, it starts to look a bit faded. Also, after about 4-5 months, it comes out a bit lighter in color, so I have to reapply it more heavily. (The shade I purchased is brown.)
Tip
...This isn't a tip about this product, but a similar eyeliner I'd recommend is the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner. It applies more pigmented and has even better staying power than the Stila one.
