  I prefer mascara that peels off like film and fades away. I've had to continue using Japanese products, but they don't have much powder fallout or smudging, and they're easy to remove, so I've been using them comfortably.

  I usually use black mascara, but I tried the brown one since it was on sale. Even though the product quality is fine, I feel like it doesn't look as good as the black one that I'm used to. But a lot of people do use brown, so it's probably just me.

  Kissmee has released a new brown mascara, and I was really looking forward to it. I went to Olive Young and Aritaum about 6 times to buy this Ode Brown mascara, and I'm so happy I got it from Aritaum. It's as good as I hoped it would be. The color is a nice mix of pink and peach that suits Korean skin tones well, and it looks beautiful when applied to the lashes. It's a long and curling formula, so the lashes look lengthened and the staying power is great. The design is also lovely, and just having it makes me feel good (this is my subjective opinion).

  I had high expectations for the first brown color released by Kissmee, but when I actually applied the mascara, the brown wasn't as delicate and wispy as actress Lee Sung-kyung's lashes. 😥😥 That was a bit disappointing to me, as the color ended up being more of a solid brown.😭 But it's still a good product!

  Kissmee mascara also has amazing staying power - it doesn't come off easily even with just a foam cleanser. You really need to use a lip and eye makeup remover to take it off completely.
