I heard it's used in dermatology, so I trusted and bought it. First of all, there's a cooling sensation when I apply it, so it lowers the skin temperature and it's really moisturizing and locks in the moisture well. But after applying it, my skin feels slightly oily and a bit shiny. It's in a tube type which I liked, and the amount seems quite generous.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it just slides off like dirt when I apply it... I absolutely don't rub it, I just pat it in, but even then it slides off between my fingers like dirt.... And in the morning, a lot of oil comes up on my face ㅠㅠ

Pros
As the weather became cooler, my skin started to show more dryness, so I went out and bought some cosmetics that I used to use at the skincare salon. I remembered they worked well there, and this time, the product has great spreadability and is incredibly moisturizing. Even though I have sensitive skin, it hasn't caused any breakouts, and it even has a slight calming effect. It's a bit lightweight, but if you apply a lot at night, it has a bit of a mask-like feel. It's great for a quick moisture boost!
Cons
It doesn't absorb immediately right after application, but that's not a major inconvenience. A light massage helps it get absorbed quickly. Most importantly, since it's a lightweight, water-based formula, it does feel like it evaporates a bit if you apply too much. So it doesn't completely quell all the dryness. I think it might be a bit lacking in the middle of winter. If I apply a lot in the morning and massage it in, it does leave a slight film, but it's not too problematic. Apply a generous amount to a cotton pad and leave it on for 5-10 minutes like a face mask. Your face will become moisturized and the effects are great^^!! I'm satisfied.

I asked and purchased the product that was always applied at the dermatologist's office. It is a moisturizing gel that is quite hydrating. I've been using this product for five bottles now, which I learned about from the dermatologist's recommendation for acne management. It's great because it's a moisturizing cosmetic without any oily residue. It's recommended more for oily skin than dry skin!

Compared to drugstore moisturizing gels, this product has excellent spreadability and absorbs quickly into the skin. It had an immediate calming effect on redness after application! Moisturizing gels are essentially just water-based, so if you only use those, your skin can still feel dry and tight, requiring an additional cream application. This product, however, has much less of that issue compared to other brands, and it did not cause any breakouts for me~

As others have mentioned, if you apply too much, it can come off like a mask. To prevent that, just squeeze out a small amount and spread it thinly across your face...a little goes a long way. Other than that, there's not really anything else I'm unhappy about. The scent is quite faint if you just take a quick whiff, but if you smell it up close, it has a bit of a medicinal smell. But it doesn't bother me during application.
