Especially, a type that feels intense tightness on the cheeks and applies a generous amount of cream. 〰️What Went Well ✔️Ingredients Even though I don't know much about cosmetics, I tend to buy products without harmful ingredients, but I felt that was a bit of a prejudice, as this product was very gentle and non-irritating. The key ingredients are Nordenhauer spring water, aloe vera juice, and allantoin, making it very moisturizing and soothing. The product is packed with moisturizing and calming ingredients, so my worries were unfounded. It's a colorless, fragrance-free gel type! ✔️Usage Experience As the weather suddenly got hotter and my skin was tired from wearing masks, this product provided a really refreshing cooling sensation. Gel-type products usually take a long time to absorb and can feel sticky, but this one didn't feel heavy at all. I used it morning and night, taking my time. It definitely helped to refine my skin texture after toner, and it was very beneficial for my sensitive skin. If refrigerated and used, it would be great as a cooling, moisturizing pack in the summer! ✔️Packaging To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for a brand I had never heard of before, but the design is clean! It reminds me of the rose cosmetics or horse oil creams that my mom brings back from her European trips.
Cons〰️What Could Be Improved It's not that I only thought of the good points, but I couldn't find any major downsides after using the product for a week. The only thing is that it doesn't absorb very quickly. But since I'm not wearing base makeup these days and just applying sunscreen, it's not a big issue. For foundation, it might feel a bit heavy. My prejudice was that the ingredients could have been a bit more 'clean'. When I first used the gel, I couldn't figure out how much to distribute on my face, so I failed at the dosage every time. But now, I just smoothly apply the remaining product on my arms and legs, which is actually more convenient.

When you apply it thickly, it feels like a pack. You can just sleep with it on and wake up in the morning without feeling dry. Also, the good thing was that even when I applied it thickly, it didn't feel heavy. The moisture was good! It's like when you wash your face and the water doesn't dry up, but stays on your face. I liked that feeling a lot! As you can see in the last photo, there's no oiliness at all, only moisture!!! If you don't do anything, it will all dry up. There's a very slight cooling effect! For those who can't take cold showers, if you apply it after a hot summer shower, you'll feel the cooling effect more intensely. The cooling effect was good without any irritation. I applied it thickly every night for about a week before bed, and there were no breakouts or anything. No irritation either! The ingredients seem to be good.
ConsThe scent is similar to a ballpoint pen. It's not a very pleasant scent to smell. But once it dries or gets absorbed, it becomes unscented. The texture is a gel, and since I haven't tried many gel-type products, I was a bit surprised that it's a bit thicker than I expected. Aloe vera gel is a bit more watery and runny, but this one is quite thick and doesn't really drip even when applied generously on the face. The texture may be a hit or miss for some, so keep that in mind. It spreads and sinks in really quickly though (about half gets absorbed, half dries up). It's extremely pilling. Don't try to layer anything on top, just use it at night. Even if it seems a bit dried up or absorbed, when you wash your face, a bunch of dry flakes will come off. This is the biggest downside. If you use too little, it can feel a bit drying. Since there's no oil, it doesn't seem to fully lock in the moisture. So I used it at night, applying a thick layer, and it didn't feel drying even without any oil. I've been using it for a week, but haven't noticed any significant improvements for my concerns like bumps, pimples, or acne. The ingredients seem good, as my skin didn't react negatively. But when I used a peeling pad before applying it, it stung a little. Maybe I was just scrubbing too hard. The photos show the texture, how it looks when spread, and after application. Overall, it's a simple 100% moisture-focused skincare product that may work well for those with dry, sensitive skin. But just keep in mind the lack of oil and potential pilling issues. Use it only at night.
TipIf you don't like the peeling/pilling effect where it feels like eraser shavings coming off your face, absolutely do not use this during the day and go out. At night, applying it thickly works well! It feels like your face is still damp with water even after washing.

Even if you want to do the right thing, things like millet may temporarily improve. If the reason for the millet is due to lack of moisture, it may improve, but if it is due to dietary or lifestyle habits, complete improvement may be difficult! 2. My face feels very taut after washing, but I'm not sure if that's because it's summer now, but even just applying this, I didn't feel particularly dry!! If you apply just a little bit, it would be dry, but if you apply about the size of a 500-won coin, it's not that dry. 3. Applying it did not make my troubles worse or better. 4. It was good to use it like a pack in the morning!
ConsThere's not really anything disappointing, but if you squeeze it out, it's just so-so? But I liked that it was so-so! If it's too functional, it could be irritating for sensitive people, so the current so-so seems better.
TipOn days when I've received a lot of stimulation, I do a skin pack and put it in the refrigerator beforehand and apply it cool, and it calms down well!! It's simple to take it out of the refrigerator before makeup and apply it, and then wash it off after about 15 minutes and do my makeup, and it seems to work well!

The gel deeply penetrates the skin and helps to address dryness, which is great for combating inner dryness. ^^ 2. The cap-style lid allows for easy control of the amount used. 3. When applied, it absorbs into the skin in a refreshing and moisturizing way, making it effective for soothing the skin after dermatological procedures. ^^ 4. It's a suitable lightweight base product for use in the summer. ^^ 5. The large volume means it can be used for a long time. ^^
Cons1. After application, it doesn't absorb immediately, so it takes time for it to be absorbed before applying makeup. 2. It's disappointing that it's not made with 100% natural ingredients, so I hope the product is upgraded to improve any harmful components. ^^;
TipYou can layer it with rosehip oil or oil serum to use it in a richer way. ^^

Moreover, I have sensitive skin, so I can't use just any product. In this hot weather, you can see me walking around looking like a tomato..ㅠㅠ In that regard, this product is gentle in ingredients, absorbs quickly even when applied frequently, and has a bouncy rather than sticky finish, which I really liked!! (In terms of hydration and soothing, it seems similar to other gels.) After using it for 2 weeks, I didn't have any breakouts, and I liked that it has a mild, alcohol-like scent that's close to unscented, as I don't like strong fragrances. Compared to other gels, the tube packaging is also convenient and hygienic, making it easy to control the amount used.
ConsWell, I'm currently using lightweight toners and lotions, and after applying this gel, there's a temporary boost in hydration, but no improvement in dehydration.. So I always have to apply a serum as well, either before or after the gel, to reduce the tightness. Another disappointment is that if I apply a bit more than the right amount, it pills when I put on my lotion.ㅠㅠㅠ In the morning, it's best to just spread a small, thin layer.
TipI'd recommend using this more in the evening before bed rather than in the morning! Since there's that pilling issue, it's better..ㅎㅎ For those with dry or severely dehydrated skin, this product should be used as an additional step for cooling and soothing. Go through your regular routine as usual, and use this just to calm down any extra redness on particularly flushed days.. Don't have high expectations for the hydration, though.ㅠㅠ

It's not too drying either, which is nice! I was looking for a moisturizer that wasn't sticky or slippery on my face, since I have dry skin, and I tried this gel for the first time. I think I'll keep using it in the summer :) The ingredients are also good, and it didn't irritate my skin at all!
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing, but for those with very dry skin, it might be better to use it in the evening rather than before going out. :D I wish they had a larger size that could be used on the body as well!

I tend to have breakouts periodically, so I'm very careful when trying new cosmetics to see if they cause any trouble. -Texture and Moisture- The texture is really just like a gel, similar to aloe vera gel. Products with this type of texture are usually drying, but this one is less drying and feels more moisturizing compared to other regular gels. Definitely more hydrating than a regular soothing gel, so I think having this product on hand is much better than a regular aloe gel, especially in the summer when a soothing gel is a must-have. -Fragrance- The fragrance is close to unscented, so there's no aversion to it. -Spreadability and Absorption- The spreadability is really good. It applies smoothly, almost like a runny serum. It absorbs completely without any oily residue, so there's no feeling of something being layered on top or any stuffiness. -Soothing Effect- The product is said to help with soothing, and I found that to be true. Applying it chilled helps reduce heat, and I didn't experience any additional breakouts either. While it didn't dramatically improve my existing blemishes, it did seem to have a slightly calming effect.
Cons-Dryness- Since I have combination skin, the T-zone is fine, but the U-zone definitely has some dryness, so I'll need to mix in another cream. As it's completely devoid of oil, I think it would be difficult to use except in the summer, and it would be a great product for oily skin types, but those with dry skin would likely need to apply another product on top. -Finish- Some say there's no stickiness, but by my standards, there was some tackiness left after initial absorption. It wasn't to the point of hair sticking or anything extreme, and it became smooth after a little while, so it wasn't really uncomfortable.
TipI don't have any special tips, but in the height of summer, it's definitely better to chill it before use to help reduce that heated feeling. When I need soothing, I like to apply this gel-type product thickly, like a wash-off pack, leave it on for 10-20 minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Doing this makes my skin feel more hydrated and soothed.

The gel type has an excellent spreadability and can be used in various ways, like a pack or lotion, which I really liked. Especially these days when the UV rays are strong, my cheeks often feel hot and flushed, but using it thickly as a pack in the evening quickly calmed and moisturized my skin. I had used aloe gel before, but this didn't lose moisture as quickly as the aloe gel. Depending on your skin type, it can be used alone or mixed, but for dry skin, additional moisturizing is needed when using it alone.
ConsThe ingredients were disappointing. For those with sensitive skin or flushing, there were 4 ingredients that seemed burdensome for long-term use. If the ingredients were improved, it would be great.
TipAfter cleansing, just apply the toner and generously apply the Pureage Gel. You should apply it so that it doesn't dry out at all. Rinse it off lightly after about 10 minutes, then apply an essence or cream, and your skin will feel nicely moisturized.

The packaging was convenient to use! 2. There was no noticeable fragrance, so it wasn't burdensome to use! 3. I have combination skin that's prone to dryness, but using the gel helped replenish moisture without leaving my skin too oily! I'd recommend trying the gel if you have combination-dry skin like me! Even in the summer when my oil production increases, it didn't make me overly shiny. Lately, with having to wear masks, my skin has been producing more oil and it's been a hassle to apply a lot of cream, but lightly applying the gel and then just a thin layer of cream for moisture has kept my skin comfortable all day! 4. As an oily-skinned person, it wasn't too much of a burden for me to use.
ConsI'm not particularly sensitive to fragrance, so there weren't any downsides for me!
TipIf you have combination-dry skin, applying the product thinly and letting it absorb well, then following up with a light layer of moisturizer, can help prevent excessive dryness. The product also worked well for my combination-dry skin in the summer, without causing my makeup to break down too much.
