It's moisturizing and I trusted it as a department store product with a nice design. I'm pleased that it doesn't leave much residue and adheres well to the skin! After trying it, I found myself not reaching for it often. I'm not sure why, but it didn't seem to suit my skin type. The coverage didn't seem very effective for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2019
I was really satisfied with how well it held up without breaking down. As someone with dry skin that fluctuates, I definitely recommend the moisture line for those with dry skin types. I was torn between shade 23 and 25, but went with 25. It's certainly not as light as other products on the market, which is great. If you're looking for perfect coverage, you'll definitely need to use a concealer with this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 23, 2019
I have dark skin that can only use shade 25. Previously, I tried the Hera UV Mist Cushion Ultra Moisture, but due to insufficient coverage, I switched to the Cushion Cover. I'm now on my second compact. • Great for skin appearance • Adherence to skin is not bad • Good staying power, but there's a very slight darkening effect • I like that it's shade 25, so it's not too light • The coverage isn't exceptional, so you'll need to use concealer for slightly darker blemishes • The color is a bit light. It feels more like shade 24, even if not quite 23 - rk*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2019
I've tried almost all the famous products on Facebook, but never found one to settle on. Then, on my colleague's recommendation, I bought this. First off, the magnetic closure is amazing! The color is also ethereal and beautiful. This is already my second purchase! The coverage is really good, especially for my acne-prone, large-pored skin. Of course, as time passes, the redness from acne becomes more noticeable, but you can just reapply! The scent is okay, nothing bothersome for me. The case, fragrance, and coverage - Hera Mist Cover is a winner! It's not as hydrating as I expected. I have dehydrated skin, so I had high hopes, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. Looking at Hwahae, I was surprised to see so many unfavorable ingredients. Those two points are the only downsides though! I usually wear shade 23. Hera tends to run light, so shade 25 is perfect for me. It's like a 23! Not too dark at all! Make sure to moisturize well before applying, otherwise it can look a bit chalky on me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2019
Rather than highlighting positives, I'd say these are more product characteristics. As shown in the photo, the color is quite light (left=Black Cushion, right=Mist Cushion Cover). Unlike the Black Cushion, it has a stronger pink undertone rather than yellow. It gives the skin a slight glow and provides 'decent' coverage for blemishes. What I mentioned as features are actually drawbacks for me! I've always stuck to shade 25 because I don't want to lighten my complexion, but this one surprised me by being too light despite being shade 25. I ended up giving it to my mom after some deliberation. The product's distinct pink undertone... My skin has strong yellow undertones, so using this created a visible line between my face and neck, causing a mismatch. However, it does improve over time. It seems drier than the Black Cushion. Even with the same skincare routine, the Mist Cushion feels a bit more tight on the skin. And the scent! The fragrance is strong! It has that typical makeup smell you'd get when sniffing your mom's color cosmetics. My skin is quite yellow > Black Cushion. For a natural skin look > Black Cushion. For slightly brighter skin (whitening effect) > Mist Cushion. For a slightly dewy feel > Black Cushion. For a slightly matte finish > Mist Cushion. But both give a glowy finish. - ej******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 24, 2019
First off, I was totally smitten by the case and just had to buy it! I've been a huge fan of the Black Cushion Amber Cover, having gone through about five of them. When I saw this new release, it looked too good to pass up. 1. Appearance It's absolutely mesmerizing! As a purple enthusiast, I'm head over heels. My only wish is that it was compatible with the Black Cushion - that would've been perfect! 2. Hydration It's incredibly moisturizing! I have combination skin, so the Ultra Moisture might have been too heavy, but this one's just right! 3. Coverage For such a hydrating formula, the coverage is impressive! I have some hyperpigmentation and slight dark circles. It covers about 75-80% of my pigmentation with light, repeated tapping, though dark circles are still slightly visible. This level of hydration combined with such good coverage truly showcases why Hera is a standout brand. 1. Longevity & Breakdown I'd rate this ⭐️ out of 5. I usually use Etude Double Lasting for my base makeup, but I decided to test this Hera cushion alone. Unfortunately, it started to break down quickly on me. The breakdown is really, really bad! My face looks so messy... This is why I couldn't give it more stars. 2. Shade I typically use shades 24 or 25, but this is way too light for me. In the photo, the top swatch is the Black Cushion, and the bottom is the UV Mist Cushion Cover. Can't you see how much lighter it is? It looks ghastly on my face... I deliberately used my iPhone's default camera without any editing so you can see the true colors. It might work well for touch-ups! In fact, I found it perfect for that purpose. Since I use the Etude Double Lasting in 'Tan', it works well for touching up areas that have faded over time. However, it's still hard to deal with this product's tendency to break down. I'd like to believe it's because it's freezing outside while indoor heating is cranked up! Layering thin layers of skincare might help prevent some of the breakdown. Or, you could try lightly dusting very finely milled powder with a brush on areas prone to oiliness - that might help! Lastly, calling all purple lovers - you must buy this! The case isn't just pretty, it's absolutely ethereal. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 6, 2018
This cushion foundation really makes your skin look beautiful I don't mind this level of fading, but if you prioritize long-lasting wear, you might want to try a different product
