It seems to be mildly alkaline but surprisingly gentle..? That's about it... It's not acidic, and looking at the ingredients, it appears to be a mildly alkaline foam. Honestly, its cleansing effectiveness is really poor. It doesn't remove makeup as well as good acidic cleansers. For an alkaline foam, it's incredibly ineffective at cleansing, and you definitely need a cleansing oil with this. It's basically just for morning cleansing. After rolling, it's excellent at removing dead skin cells to the point where they can be rubbed off with your fingers. I'm using it with my middle school child, and it's convenient and great. The downside is that it's not widely available, so you pretty much have to buy it directly from the Frezyderm website. Gently roll for over a minute, rinse off, then use a rayon face towel to exfoliate. Dead skin cells? They cease to exist! I bought this cleansing foam hoping it would help calm my blemishes while I was shopping for a cream. I heard it could exfoliate dead skin cells a bit, and since it contains natural herbal mugwort, I thought it might be good for my skin. While using it, I didn't experience any particular skin issues. It feels gentle yet seems to soothe blemishes slightly, so I'm inclined to keep using it. The scent is a bit disappointing, but more importantly, the packaging, or rather the tube, is really hard to squeeze. I'm not happy with the container at all. It's difficult to dispense the product and requires a lot of force. If they don't improve the packaging, I probably won't buy it again because it's so inconvenient to use. I'm using this product so well that I've repurchased it to keep a stock. The scent is barely noticeable, and even after washing, my oily skin doesn't feel too dry. Thanks to the granules, it seems to exfoliate dead skin cells effectively. I just learned that it contains some potentially problematic ingredients, but even when I didn't know, I don't think I experienced any increase in blemishes. Still, the ingredient list is a bit disappointing. When my skin was going through a rough patch, I started cleansing for longer periods. I would use this foam cleanser until it dried, then add a bit of water to rinse, and finish with lukewarm water. The Frezju toner worked incredibly well for me, and they include it as a freebie when you buy toner It's extremely weak in terms of cleansing effectiveness, and the formula is so hard that it's incredibly difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It doesn't lather well, making it challenging to use

The scent is quite nice. Is it really? Well, there's no overpowering smell. And the green color is so soothing for the mind and body... It might just not suit me personally, but those with sensitive skin should be careful. After using this, my skin felt hot, tingling, and it was a mess. It leaves my face feeling squeaky clean and it's decent overall. The scent isn't bad either... I think the packaging needs improvement. The dispenser releases product in tiny amounts, so I've resorted to removing the pump entirely. I wish the foam was softer and more abundant. As someone with extremely dry skin, I always experience some tightness no matter what I use for cleansing. The cleansing foams I used before left my skin feeling very tight after washing. For the past few years, I've been using a cleansing bar that caused less tightness. This product gives me the same level of comfort, so I'm continuing to use it. The ingredients aren't as impressive as I expected. The texture is a bit thick, so you need to squeeze the tube quite hard to get the product out. The small opening surprised me when I first used it.
