Surprisingly, it lathers up incredibly well! When I use regular shampoo, my hair tends to get greasy quickly, but with this, my hair stays fresh for much longer. (Some reviews say conditioner or treatment is a must, but if you have an oily scalp, you can skip it and still be fine.) Usually, even in winter, my hair starts getting greasy after half a day, but now it's good for a whole day! I was curious about the shampoo bar's performance and liked that it doesn't create plastic waste. While I plan to keep using it to reduce plastic waste, I haven't tried other shampoo bars, so I'm not sure if Lush is particularly good. I might try different brands for a while before coming back to Lush. Naturally, it feels a bit stiff when washing, but once you're done, it's not bad at all. I just placed it on the shelf with the sticker side down without removing the sticker. As the soap melted, it stuck to the shelf! A bit of a waste since it's quite expensive... The scent doesn't linger in your hair. With my short hair (two-block cut), just one back-and-forth rub on the back of my head and bangs creates a rich lather. It seems like it'll last about six months. I love how it leaves my hair squeaky clean. Maybe because my hair is short, but unlike other reviews, I don't feel like it's made my hair stiff. I'm not a fan of strong artificial fragrances, so I appreciate that this doesn't have any. Since I have short hair, it'll last about six months, so it's about $3 per month. As a student, that feels expensive. It's usually cheaper to bulk buy with other products, but with the current exchange rates, I'm not sure anymore. As someone with an oily scalp prone to blemishes and sensitivity, finding the right shampoo hasn't been easy. But I'm really satisfied with this one. I previously tried a shampoo that claimed to have great cleansing effectiveness, but it caused a breakout party on my scalp. Then I discovered this product, and my scalp has improved significantly! In my opinion, the cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly outstanding, but this might vary from person to person. Overall, I like it because there aren't any major drawbacks.

While it's refreshing, using it continuously makes me feel an itchiness that's almost tingling. I thought my scalp was naturally oily, but compared to how this shampoo makes it feel, it was nothing. Anyway, it's too strong for daily use. It's really intense. At first, it felt cool and nice, but with continued use, it made my scalp so dry that it seemed to produce even more oil... This product is perfect for someone like me with thick hair and little time to wash it due to parenting duties. It feels a bit stiff when washing, but becomes soft once dry. It lathers up nicely, allowing me to cleanse my scalp thoroughly. The fragrance is lovely too! As someone with extremely oily hair, even using regular shampoos for oily hair would leave my scalp greasy within hours. But with Jumping Juniper, my hair stays oil-free for two whole days! It's the ultimate shampoo for oily hair in my book. If you don't have extremely oily hair, you might experience dandruff after using this product. Absolutely amazing! I started my journey with solid shampoos using Lush's New, but it didn't quite work for me. No matter how much I washed, it never felt clean, and I even got blemishes along my hairline. Then an employee recommended Jumping Juniper as the best for removing oil. I gave it a try, and wow! It's so refreshing and leaves my scalp feeling super clean! The scent is heavenly! It smells like fresh lemon juice, and the aroma lingers on my scalp, putting me in such a good mood. As for cleansing effectiveness, it's top-notch! It completely removes the oil from my scalp. I have oily hair that gets greasy quickly, and if I don't wash thoroughly, dead skin cells build up in certain areas. But after using this, my scalp doesn't itch at all. I think this might be my forever product. Thank you, Lush! The only downside is that it doesn't last long. My hair starts getting greasy again after just one day. So I have to wash it daily. Also, using a conditioner is an absolute must! You don't even need a foaming net - it lathers up beautifully on its own!
