  Pros

  After using the conditioner, my hair feels soft, smooth, and silky. The fragrance is lovely.

  Cons

  For severely damaged hair... I usually only use shampoo and treatment, but I heard somewhere that using conditioner after treatment is good. So I tried the conditioner from a gift set I had at home. The scent is nice, and my hair really feels soft and silky with no tangles, but... As soon as I dried my hair, my scalp started itching, and I got a breakout of blemishes along my hairline and two big ones on the back of my neck. My scalp is still itching like crazy. I never want to use this again...

  Tip

  Don't use it... I deeply regret not checking the ingredients before trying it.

  Pros

  As expected from a conditioner, there's a noticeable difference when using it versus not using it. I leave it on for about 3-5 minutes like a hair mask, and it makes my hair feel wonderfully soft. Plus, the fragrance is lovely.

  Cons

  Honestly... ever since I started using this product, my skin broke out. I changed a few skincare products at the time, so I tried everything thinking it might be due to those changes, but nothing helped. When I stopped using this product, the breakouts ceased within just one day. The small blemishes all subsided, and the more severe ones are slowly healing, much to my relief. Also, using this made my eyes incredibly itchy. I've always struggled with allergies to pollen, fine dust, and particulates, but experiencing this from a cosmetic product was truly unpleasant. Looking at the ingredients, I found a range of potential allergens and even colorants. Needless to say, I won't be using this product again. I'd rather have dry hair than deal with these issues.

  I keep repurchasing this shampoo because of its lovely fragrance. It also lathers up quite nicely.

  Cons

  It somehow makes my scalp feel a bit itchy. I think it might make my hair too oily during the summer months.

  The packaging color is absolutely delightful, and the fragrance is divine. It works wonders even on damaged hair that's difficult to comb, making it silky and bouncy. This is definitely one of the products I've repurchased the most.

  Family members with oily scalps say this makes their hair greasy quickly and causes itchiness, so I'm the only one using it at home.
