  Pros

  After using the conditioner, my hair feels soft, smooth, and silky. The fragrance is lovely.

  Cons

  For severely damaged hair... I usually only use shampoo and treatment, but I heard somewhere that using conditioner after treatment is good. So I tried the conditioner from a gift set I had at home. The scent is nice, and my hair really feels soft and silky with no tangles, but... As soon as I dried my hair, my scalp started itching, and I got a breakout of blemishes along my hairline and two big ones on the back of my neck. My scalp is still itching like crazy. I never want to use this again...

  Tip

  Don't use it... I deeply regret not checking the ingredients before trying it.

  Pros

  I've seen great results from consistent use. For those with damaged hair, apply a hair mask or treatment, rinse lightly, then thoroughly apply this product and rinse. Alternatively, after shampooing, apply this like a hair mask, wait a few minutes, and your hair will become silky smooth.

  Cons

  This product might not be suitable for those expecting quick results. Initially, only the hair ends feel slightly softer after washing, and the effect doesn't last long.

  Pros

  My hair has been damaged from frequent bleaching and dyeing, but when I use this shampoo and conditioner, my hair stays softer and less tangled for longer compared to other shampoos I've tried.

  Cons

  The fragrance is nice, but it seems to fade really quickly. I wish it would last longer. Also, it doesn't actually improve my hair condition - it only feels softer while using the product, not long-term.

  Pros

  The packaging color is absolutely delightful, and the fragrance is divine. It works wonders even on damaged hair that's difficult to comb, making it silky and bouncy. This is definitely one of the products I've repurchased the most.

  Cons

  Family members with oily scalps say this makes their hair greasy quickly and causes itchiness, so I'm the only one using it at home.
