Just looking at it gives me an aura and makes me want to add it to my collection. While the swatch on the wrist might look like it's caked on with white eyeshadow, the actual application isn't that intense - it gives a nice, moderate glow. 2. Application: Being a compact highlighter, it applies smoothly with a brush for a natural finish. 3. Pearl effect: It has a slight opalescent pearl shimmer to it. The excess powder fallout is quite significant. It's even more than other pressed powder highlighters I've tried.
