There were so many people saying the effects were great, so I had very high expectations. I referred to the usage instructions and routine that came with the product when using it. The ampoule was fragrance-free and had a very slight viscosity. The ingredients were also clean..
ConsBut I didn't see any effects at all. Absolutely none.. I bought it together with the Peeling Ampoule and used them together at first, but then I thought maybe one of them didn't suit me, so I tried them separately. But neither the Peeling Ampoule nor the Cica Ampoule seemed to improve my skin at all. They had no effect on my inflammatory acne, closed comedones, blackheads, or whiteheads whatsoever. When my skin was irritated, it didn't even calm it down.. I didn't see any effects at all until I finished the whole bottle. It was just like using nothing, my skin stayed the same. I didn't know whether to add this to my skincare routine or take it out, there was no difference at all. I don't like to say 'no difference at all', but that's exactly how it was. The size of 30ml isn't that small for an ampoule, but maybe it's too mild? Or maybe the Cica ingredient is less than expected.. I spent money on it, but it was like pouring water into a leaky bucket. I just couldn't figure it out, and that was disappointing.

I didn't see much effect on my persistent troubles, but it was effective on my damaged skin! I didn't see any results for my whiteheads or blackheads though.
ConsWhile it showed dramatic effects on my damaged skin, it didn't have much effect on the pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads that come during my period!
TipWhen I apply it after extracting troubles at night and cleansing, it calms down quickly and heals fast.:)

At first, I was like 'Huh?' but after layering it, it doesn't feel dry. I have sensitive and dry skin, with some acne and overall poor skin texture and uneven tone. I'll write more after using it for a bit longer. Addition: It's been about a week now. At first, it felt dry and a bit itchy, and I suddenly got a few pimples, so I thought it didn't suit me and was going to sell it on the secondhand market. But I decided to keep using it, and only applied it to the pimpled and severely affected areas. The pimples have gone down, and now when I apply it, my skin doesn't feel dry, but rather moisturized. The blackheads haven't seen much effect, and the whiteheads have only slightly diminished. The skin texture has improved a bit. I'll write more after using it some more.
ConsIt's a bit too light? Using it alone, it would be a bit drying for my slightly dry skin. I don't really feel a moisturizing effect. The amount is quite small. It's been 2 days, and the soothing effect isn't that great. If I apply too much, my skin feels itchy and stuffy. I don't really feel like my skin is being replenished from within. For now, it's just so-so, but I'll keep using it and write more. Addition (1 week of use): It doesn't seem to have any effect on blackheads. The skin texture hasn't improved much either. I think it's better not to use it on pimpled areas. For me, there's no particular soothing effect or pimple reduction.
TipApplying the right amount? Using too much makes it feel stuffy. It seems to work well with the Innisfree Atosuding Lotion. If I apply a bit of the ampoule first and let it absorb, and then use a tiny bit of the lotion, it creates a protective layer and prevents dryness. But using too much of this can also clog pores and cause breakouts. Moderation is key!!

My skin also feels a bit more radiant.
ConsIt doesn't seem to be very effective for big blemishes or blackheads... And the price... It seems a bit expensive for a student!

The party is raging from the sides of the nose all the way down to the chin... I don't really know what's so good about it, so I tried it out and made a purchase. It seems to be low-irritation. It's gentle, has good spreadability, and can be applied lightly even in the summer, which is great. And the price is reasonable, so it seems like a good product.
ConsIt's not effective. It claims to be Cica care, but my stubborn acne has only grown bigger, and the blackheads are still there... Apart from being gentle, it doesn't seem to impress me much. That's a bit disappointing.

It was the number one product on the Hwahae app, and I saw it was on a big sale on the website, so I bought multiple without hesitation and have been using it for over a month now. I have sensitive skin. Even a little dryness or incompatibility causes my face to turn red. But when I use this product, there is no redness. That seems to mean it is very gentle. I don't originally have a lot of acne, but I do have some small, barely visible acne and blackheads and whiteheads, and most of them have disappeared! My skin has become much smoother on the surface. When I touch it, there are hardly any bumps anywhere except my nose, mouth, and eyes. However, around the time of my period, one or two still pop up. I've had two periods since using this product, and the breakouts then have been consistent. But they go away quickly. And since I'm older, the scars don't disappear as fast as they used to.
ConsThe blackheads haven't disappeared as much as I had hoped. It's been a little under two months, but I haven't even finished one bottle of the essence yet.
TipIf you need more soothing effects and don't have enough time for a full face mask, you can soak a thin cotton pad in the product and place it on your face. This can maximize the soothing effects and make your skin more moisturized.

Cons• Not a dramatic effect (no immediate results) • Slightly unpleasant scent • As it is not a blackhead product, it has no effect on blackheads, so please keep that in mind
