Pros
This product was a lifesaver for me even before taking acne medication, and I still order it along with my other cosmetics when I run out. Since I had a variety of acne types (closed comedones, pustular, and cystic), using this product on my cystic acne really showed its true value. When I felt that telltale stinging sensation under my skin and my skin started feeling taut and turning red, that's when I knew cystic acne was about to flare up. I would then wipe that area with an alcohol swab and apply the patch, which would stay on firmly for 2 to 8 hours (if I applied it before bed). Doing this 1-2 times usually resolved the issue.
Cons
This product was not effective on closed comedones or pustular acne. Closed comedones saw no change, and using it on pustular acne would only cause them to ripen and turn yellow faster. So I mainly used it to quickly drain pustular acne and as a cover for the resulting wound.
Tip
If the patches don't seem to be sticking well, try using an alcohol swab first!

The sudden acne that popped up, the acne that popped up all at once and matured, the old acne that didn't go away or disappear, the itchy acne that was swollen and soft - I used it and it all subsided I really recommend it.. it's really good The photo is from the review I wrote on the Sidmool website

It's too expensive..^^ But I'll still buy it They're having a 1+1 sale right now, so I hope the price drops a little bit

Highly recommended. There are ongoing one-on-one promotions on the Sidmool homepage, so the cost-effectiveness is good and the functionality is also good. This is a product I trust and use regularly. When applied on troubled areas, it disappears much faster than when not applied. It works even better when the area is inflamed.

Putting it on a large pimple and sleeping overnight, it's almost gone the next day! I can't even express how much I like it.. This product makes pimples that don't usually go away disappear the next day.. I don't know how I didn't know about it before ㅠㅠ
Cons
The price range is a bit high.. It's around 20,000 won including shipping, but fortunately it's a one-time purchase, so I grit my teeth and buy it.. I can't give up on it..I have to use it sparingly

Even though it's not greasy, applying it to painful pimples definitely helps them subside quickly and is beneficial.
Cons
The price is a bit high, so it's a shame to use it on small pimples. It's fine for inflammatory acne, but for really severe cases, the steroid injection at the dermatologist is the most effective and worth the price.

Pros
I find this product to be highly effective for stubborn cystic acne that emerges from deep within the skin. I tend to leave my cystic acne alone rather than trying to pop it. When the cystic acne is just starting to form and the skin feels tight, using this product can be a bit irritating on the affected area. It's better to wait until the cystic acne is slightly smaller in size, at which point this product helps it subside without causing further inflammation or enlargement. It seems to make the cystic acne disappear at a nice, steady pace.
Cons
This product does not seem to have any effect on small, superficial blemishes. I've tried using it on those kinds of breakouts, but it didn't do anything. I didn't see any results whatsoever. The number of blemishes I get is relatively low, and the process of applying and removing the product can be a bit of a hassle.

Pros
The calming effect on my newly emerging acne before my period is now visible! Thanks to this patch, I was able to easily subdue a few of my pimples.
