There wasn't really anything I disliked about this product. Though I should mention it's not intended for small, under-the-skin bumps.

I initially received this product as a gratis sample and used it on a very stubborn, large blemish. The results were so impressive that I decided to purchase it separately. It's particularly effective on inflamed or painful, hardened blemishes. Simply apply the patch and press it firmly onto the affected area. The active ingredients in the microneedle patch then absorb into the skin. By the next day, you'll notice the blemish has either subsided or come to a head, making it easy to extract if necessary.

After using it, my skin seems to turn reddish and scarred. While it's good for soothing, it seems to be quite irritating.

The packaging is very hygienic and well-done. It also helps soothe any painful, protruding pimples.

If the patches don't seem to be sticking well, try using an alcohol swab first!

This product was not effective on closed comedones or pustular acne.
Closed comedones saw no change, and using it on pustular acne would only cause them to ripen and turn yellow faster.
So I mainly used it to quickly drain pustular acne and as a cover for the resulting wound.

This product was a lifesaver for me even before taking acne medication, and I still order it along with my other cosmetics when I run out.
Since I had a variety of acne types (closed comedones, pustular, and cystic), using this product on my cystic acne really showed its true value. 
When I felt that telltale stinging sensation under my skin and my skin started feeling taut and turning red, that's when I knew cystic acne was about to flare up. I would then wipe that area with an alcohol swab and apply the patch, which would stay on firmly for 2 to 8 hours (if I applied it before bed). Doing this 1-2 times usually resolved the issue.

Even if there are products that don't suit my skin, making them inconvenient to use is a matter of sincerity. There are so many well-made needle patches from other companies, so why would I buy this product?

1. Unrealistic size
The size of the needle patches is absurdly large. No matter where I apply them on my forehead, nose, cheeks, or chin, the patches are too big and thick to stick on.
I wonder if they even tested this product.

2. Adhesiveness
The adhesiveness is like a sticker that's been peeled off for over a day - the level of a paper tape.

3. Meaningless needles
The length of the needles is clearly different from other companies' products. They're just bumps, not really needles. The needles are supposed to have exfoliating or anti-inflammatory ingredients to penetrate the skin, but if the needles are this poor, what's the point?

This is the most disappointing Sidmool product I've tried. 
If you're going to make something this sloppy, you might as well not sell it at all.

The zip-type storage is great.
The needles don't hurt much.

Recently, the skin troubles have been quite calm, but a few days ago, a non-itchy red pimple popped up next to my mouth, so I finally tried using this product. However, I really don't know what effect it has. There is absolutely no difference before and after applying it. I used it for about three days, changing and reapplying it, but it really had no effect at all (lol). In fact, the area around where I applied the patch feels a bit irritated. (The area around it turned a bit red 😢)
I used to use the Acropass needle patch quite effectively, but I don't know why this one is like this... Anyway, this product had no effect on me at all. I noticed the price was quite high too, so I would have been really upset if I had bought it with my own money.

Hmm... I usually only get acne around my chin area, but I bought this product to try to calm down the hormonal, large and painful acne that was about to appear. However, after using this product, small acne-like bumps (in the yellow circles) appeared all around the large acne (in the white circle)..

I tried using one as a test, and the area where I applied it did calm down (the white circle at the bottom), but small bumps appeared around it. I thought maybe those bumps were unrelated to the product, so I tried using it again, but more small bumps appeared around that area as well;; This time, the area I applied it to didn't even calm down, and it's just irritating me now.
Since the scars don't go away easily for me, I'd rather have one large acne than a bunch of small ones.
