The cooling sensation is incredible! I was skeptical at first because the color is unusual and the scent isn't particularly amazing. But from the moment I started washing my hair, especially when blow-drying, it feels so refreshing. This would be perfect for people with hot scalps. The volume is a bit disappointing. I ordered this after seeing an Instagram ad because my M-shaped hairline kept thinning. It seems like my hair is growing back! At first, it didn't seem to work well, and while my hair felt softer, it also started to feel a bit dry over time. I'll need to use it more to be sure. The scalp feels refreshingly cool, and the cleansing effectiveness is fantastic. The lather was absolutely amazing! The cleansing power is so strong that it feels like it's stripping away all the nutrients from my scalp and hair. My scalp and hair have become excessively dry as a result. I recommend using this shampoo only twice a week and using a regular shampoo for the rest of the time.

I bought this product after searching for solutions to my suddenly itchy and oily scalp. The foam lathers up nicely, giving a gentle and cooling sensation. It definitely seems to help control scalp itchiness and oiliness, so I'm considering repurchasing! Everything else is fine, but the shampoo scent is a bit like men's cologne? It might be hit or miss for some. Personally, I don't like strong fragrances, so I was quite taken aback at first. However, it's not overpoweringly strong after rinsing, so it's not a major concern. I'm on my second bottle of this product and I love it! I used to get these little blemishes on my scalp and my hair would get greasy quickly, but since using this shampoo, those issues have improved. What's more, the odor from my crown area has disappeared. There's a cooling effect a few minutes after washing, though you get used to it over time and it becomes less noticeable. The cleansing power and lather are excellent. I bought the large 1000ml size. I purchased it abroad, so the price was different, but it's similar to Korean prices. I was experiencing significant hair loss and suspected thinning, so despite being pregnant, I decided to use it anyway. Now I'm not losing handfuls of hair like before. I've been using it for about 10 months. Currently, I'm seeing a lot of new hair growth, and the hair loss has reduced by about half. My existing hair feels thicker and stronger. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and plan to purchase it again. It's just a neutral shampoo that I've used without any issues, so I can't think of any downsides. I recommend using a two-step shampoo routine.
