Perhaps because it's packed with Centella Asiatica leaf water, it calms the skin faster than other Centella-based products. I usually rotate my skincare products, but after trying a highly-rated cream with great ingredients for two days, my skin reacted badly. I came back to this one to calm it down, and within about ten days, my skin was back to normal. Despite being a cream rather than a lightweight formula, it absorbs incredibly fast. It leaves a subtle glow on the skin, as if there's a thin protective layer. However, its hydration power is lacking. Even though jojoba oil is high on the ingredient list, suggesting it's present in a significant amount, the skin still dries out easily. It can also cause eye irritation if applied too close to the eye area, with the stinging sensation traveling along the eye wrinkles. It's disappointing that Apieu discontinued such a well-suited product.
