I have a feeling it might work even better when used as a set with a hair mask. The price is too high. It makes me wonder if it's really worth spending this much. The Herbaliste line has fragrances that are all right up my alley! My boyfriend says he keeps wanting to smell my hair after I use it. Above all, the lovely scent makes me want to use it consistently. I've tried various salon products, but when it comes to luxurious fragrances, Herbaliste is the best. The quality is great too! Even with just the shampoo, unlike other scalp shampoos (like the most popular ones, Rene*** - Forti*), you can actually comb through your hair. With those other products, your hair gets tangled while washing, and though it strengthens the strands, you can't even think about running your fingers through it. But this is the first scalp shampoo I've tried that leaves my hair smooth from the rinse. I was amazed the first time I used it! However, since I have an oily scalp, I usually do a double shampoo. When I first used this, it felt so refreshing, like it was soothing the itchy parts as I washed and rinsed. But as time goes on, by around 5 PM, it's like my scalp throws an oil party... And unlike when I'm shampooing, my scalp gets particularly itchy in the evening. Apart from that, I'm personally satisfied with it.
