After the color fades, it leaves a pink stain. As someone with warm-toned skin, I'm not a fan of tints that leave a pink residue, so that's a bit disappointing. Some might find the case small, but with use, you'll realize it's the perfect size. The unique tint-oil blend tends to get cloudy and mix up over time, which can look a bit messy. That's when you'll want to refresh with a new one. For a more noticeable plumping effect, I find the original or pink shimmer gloss formulas work better.

This is my go-to lip plumper. The formula feels like a blend of tint and oil, and it instantly makes my lips feel harmonious. The plumping effect doesn't dramatically inflate your lips, but it does visibly smooth out fine lines. It's not sticky or tacky, making it perfect for summer use. When paired with the pink shimmer version, it adds a beautiful glossy finish. While others describe the color as a toned-down red, to me it's more of a dark plum shade, almost like a blackcherry - think vampire lips. It's an ideal shade for cool-toned skin. I wish they'd release a warm-toned version with the same formula. This is one of the few lip products I always keep in stock.

The amount is very small compared to the price, and it stings and feels too sticky.

I thought my thin lips would just get a slight reddish tint from the lip plumping, but the color that came out was completely blood-like, and I was shocked 😢
My lips are really flaky, and the cooling sensation dries up quickly, making the flakiness even worse. The color is not natural at all, it feels like I've applied grape juice or cherry to my lips 😢 And overall, it doesn't apply well, with the color only staining the inner part, making me look like I'm injured.
And it doesn't come off easily either 😢 The scent and feel are not great either!
At this price point, with this rating and volume, don't you think it needs improvement? Are you just going to leave it as is? You should either renew it or sell a different lip plumping product.

It has no lasting power at all, and it creates so much flakiness (even after applying a moisturizing lip balm on top). You have to be super careful when closing the lid, or else it just pops out and gets all over your hands and makeup bag. I bought it because it's famous, but I don't know why it's famous...

If you just apply the tint alone, your lips will look overly red, unless you're Kristen Stewart from Twilight. If you apply the original Lip Venom on top, it will give a glossy and healthier-looking effect.

The 2.96ml amount is really small. The product loss is also high. If there's leftover tint on the applicator tip, it can get smeared on the container opening when you put it back. If the cap isn't closed tightly, it can leak out. The amount is small, but the product loss is significant. The price can be considered expensive because of this. While the glitters in the product look pretty when you see the contents in the container, when actually applied on the lips, the glitters don't show up, which is a bit disappointing.

The color payoff is really great. It's a toned-down, deep red, and the color applies well on the lips. The longevity is good. It doesn't get cleaned off easily even with a lip and makeup remover, and the color stains the lips in a reddish tone. It also doesn't wipe off easily when it gets on your hands. The color payoff is truly amazing! The scent is similar to cinnamon and has a slightly sour plumper-like feel. It's divided into a water layer and an oil layer, and the red part of the water layer contains glitters, which makes it look pretty.

When I put it back on after using it, it leaks... It doesn't leak excessively, but it leaks slightly, and before I know it, it gets on my hands, and the tint container becomes splotchy with red.

The plumping tint can be used even without makeup! I love it so much.
After using this product, I applied a matte lipstick and there was no accentuation of flaky skin - it was amazing.
I really like the refreshing and cooling sensation.
