The hand cream is white and opaque, with a high viscosity that might feel a bit stiff at first. The texture is quite rich, similar to a thick butter, so you need to squeeze the tube with a bit of force to get it out. As for the scent, it has a grapefruit fragrance, but it's not the cool and refreshing kind. Instead, it's a subtle grapefruit aroma mixed with powdery notes. It's quite different from the typical zesty fruit scents you might expect in a hand cream. After applying the product to your hands, gently pat it in to help it absorb. The absorption rate is fairly good. Once it's fully absorbed, there's no sticky residue left behind. Despite its rich, butter-like consistency, it surprisingly leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. Overall, this is a rich, thick cream-type hand cream that feels quite luxurious. The small size makes it very portable - you can easily carry it in even a small handbag and apply it whenever you need. I think this product would work well for most skin types, except for those with very dehydrated skin. The product is somewhat lacking in hydration, and its moisturizing effects don't last particularly long. The scent is not overpowering and I absolutely love it. It has a subtle grapefruit fragrance. It's not too sticky when applied, making it perfect for carrying around and reapplying frequently throughout the day. It seems a bit on the pricey side. I received this as a gift and the scent is absolutely divine! As someone who already loves grapefruit, this fragrance is intense, not too sweet, and smells just like real grapefruit peel! The texture is quite rich, so rather than absorbing smoothly, it feels deeply moisturizing. It's truly a rich formula that feels very nourishing on the skin. I can't help but wonder if a thinner, more fluid texture might have been better. Still, I think this would make a great gift! It's a bit too pricey for me to buy with my own money though, haha. My tip: apply just a small amount in a thin layer for best results. This hand cream strikes a perfect balance between rich and refreshing textures. As expected from Kiehl's, the moisturizing effect lasts for a long time. The disappointing aspect is the scent. It's somewhere between grapefruit and musk, giving an impression of being neither here nor there.

The cream has an incredibly rich texture, making it perfect for use during extremely dry winters. It provides long-lasting hydration that really works hard to keep your skin moisturized. I usually prefer floral or sweet fruity scents, so I bought the grapefruit fragrance. Unfortunately, it wasn't the sweet grapefruit scent I was hoping for.
