I've been using this product for almost 10 years. Of course, now that foundations are back in trend, I mainly use those and only occasionally reach for this. However, since we started wearing masks, I couldn't use it as much because it would leave a very yellow stain on the mask, especially around the nose area, and make the mask look worn out in less than half a day. Before the pandemic, it was really great. I've tried Dr. Jart+ testers and have been with the company since its early days due to the product quality. I think the very first version of this BB cream was indeed the best. Back then, I'd be so busy working all day without touching up my makeup, and when I got home and looked in the mirror to wash up, I'd be like, 'Wow, why does my skin look even better? It's glowing and everything!' It would fade beautifully... But now, it doesn't seem to have that magic anymore (though I guess aging plays a big part too... sigh). I have skin prone to redness, and I've heard so many people ask if I'm wearing blush that I just hate blushes now, haha. Because of my redness-prone skin, this BB cream was perfect for me. The grayish tint that everyone talks about actually helped to neutralize my redness. Apart from the redness, my skin tone is closer to #21 or even lighter, and this BB cream would calm down the redness while blending well with my lighter skin tone. I also used this BB cream for its coverage. I'm not sure why some say it lacks coverage because to me, it provides coverage that can't be compared to foundations. That's why I still use it occasionally, despite the transfer issues. I find that applying this BB cream with just your hands, gently patting and blending, gives the most beautiful finish. Oh, how I miss the old Dr. Jart+ Silver Label!!!
