1. It provides excellent care for sebum/dead skin. If your purpose in using this ampoule is sebum/dead skin care, it will be perfect. Since my skin is not particularly sensitive, using a scrub pad to gently rub is also fine. But the serum-type product is definitely less irritating to apply. The manual says to use it in the evening, but I think it's also good to use it in the morning haha It has a thin texture and is quickly absorbed, so there's not much stickiness, and it's much more moisturizing than I expected!
