  I had high hopes for dead skin cell reduction when using this product. It's fragrance-free. The texture is slightly viscous but still flows easily when dropped. Surprisingly, I didn't experience any irritation! It seems quite gentle on the skin.

  It seems to exfoliate well, as layering this product multiple times helped reduce whiteheads and prevent emerging pimples from fully developing. There was no irritation and no unusual scent. It's truly a holy grail for seasonal skin changes.

  It can be a bit drying when used alone. Sadly, it has been discontinued!

  It has a lightweight formula, which makes it absorb well and apply smoothly. Although it's a BHA product that might cause slight irritation, I found it less irritating than expected.

  Given its lightweight formula, it's not very moisturizing. But that's typical for most exfoliating products. While I've listed this as a drawback, I didn't actually expect much hydration from it, so I'm not dissatisfied. It's marketed as a specialized dead skin cells care product, but after using it for a few months, I honestly can't say I've noticed any remarkable effects. I still use it occasionally, assuming it's doing something beneficial even if I can't see it.

  Pros

  It seems to effectively remove dead skin cells. As someone with skin prone to closed comedones and whiteheads, I had tried this before but didn't see much effect, so I stopped using it. This time, I've been using it along with the same company's peeling pads (twice a week) and applying this ampoule daily in the evening. I can visibly see a significant reduction in whiteheads compared to before.

  Cons

  1. The price, the price, the price... It's so expensive that you have to wait for Hwahae Day sales. 2. Lacks hydration. After using this BHA ampoule, I always follow up with a non-greasy moisturizer.

  I decided to try Beplain since it's so well-known. It does feel clean and refreshing on the skin.

  This product was great for daily use as I didn't feel any irritation at all! It was more hydrating than I expected.

  Unfortunately, the hydration doesn't last long. You'll need additional moisturizing products.

  I tried this because I was getting blemishes from wearing masks, and after using up the whole bottle, I noticed my breakouts decreased and my skin seemed to improve!

  Cons

  It's too drying to use on its own after cleansing. As time passes after application, this product makes your skin feel increasingly dry.
