- Blemishes I've been using this for about three months and haven't experienced any blemishes. I even used it every time I felt one coming on. - No tightness While I can't say it doesn't tighten at all, it's not bad. - Dead skin cells? If you lather it up and roll it around your nose area, your nose becomes smooth without using oil. I don't have severe blackheads and I have dry skin, so I'm not sure if that's why, but my skin has become smoother.
