Perfect for applying when your skin feels parched in winter. It's just right for the cold season! In summer, it can feel a bit sticky. However, for winter, I absolutely recommend it! This moisturizer works hard to combat dryness during colder months. It absorbs well into the skin, providing deep hydration without leaving a rich residue. While it might be too heavy for hot, humid days, it's a fantastic choice for keeping your complexion protected and nourished when the temperature drops. - ka******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2024
It's wonderfully moisturizing and great value for money. I'm satisfied with how well it absorbs into the skin. It's a bit on the pricey side, and it doesn't quite provide deep hydration all the way through. - lo****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 27, 2024
It absorbs well and instantly moisturizes the body after application. It's an incredibly versatile product. I haven't found any drawbacks yet. It's a product that even those with sensitive skin can use. - lo****Combination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2024
It absorbs quickly, leaving skin hydrated without feeling sticky. The subtle fragrance is quite pleasant. The pump is a bit weak. It takes forever to reset after each press. If they could just fix this one issue, it would be perfect. - oh****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresOct 7, 2023
- Absorbs well into the skin - Applies smoothly without any sticky feeling - Feels slippery only during application, but comfortable once absorbed - Comes in a large size - Almost fragrance-free - While it absorbs quickly, it lacks deep hydration - As someone with oily skin, I'm not prone to dryness and mainly use this during seasonal changes, but still can't feel much moisturizing effect - Ceramides usually work well for me, but it's disappointing that this contains ingredients not suitable for oily skin It absorbs so quickly that I can apply it all over my feet before bed and it sinks in fast, which is great. The hydration is a bit lacking, but I like that I can walk around shortly after applying it without any issues - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 27, 2023
As someone with sensitive skin, I'm satisfied that it didn't cause any blemishes I was a bit disappointed that it seemed to lack hydration as time went on - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 16, 2022
It hydrated my skin well and wasn't sticky, making it easy to apply. It felt a bit oily and slippery, and didn't absorb well, so the overall experience wasn't great. I think using just the right amount from the pump would prevent it from sitting on the skin and give better results. - pp*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2022
After trying the Goodcera line and liking it, I bought the oil emulsion too. I'm leaving a review after finishing the whole bottle. The emulsion texture isn't too thick, making it easy to apply on the body. I thought it might be a bit light for dry skin, but I was surprised that my legs still felt moisturized the next day. The hydration lasts well enough to use even in this dry season. The packaging is bright and pretty, adding a fresh touch to the bedroom when placed there. I'm not sure if it's just mine or a general container issue, but after one pump, it takes a while for the product to come back up. I have to lift it manually and press again. It doesn't seem that viscous, so this makes me think it might be a faulty container. It's frustrating to use each time, so I won't be repurchasing. While it's sometimes sold for less than half price during sales, there are many more cost-effective products out there. It feels small and expensive for a body product. - be***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 19, 2020
I have combination, sensitive, acne-prone skin, and although I've only been using this for a week, I'll share my experience. Despite having active acne, and knowing that oils are typically not recommended for acne, this cream is only called an oil emulsion - it actually doesn't contain any oil. That's why I decided to try it. It's easy to use thanks to the pump dispenser, and it's fragrance-free. When I apply this, my skin feels hydrated for a long time, and you can use it anywhere - face, hands, body. They say you can just use this cream alone, so that's exactly what I do! Since using this, I've noticed fewer blemishes popping up, and even my frequent acne has almost stopped appearing. I've had bad experiences with other skin emulsions causing breakouts, but this cream does the opposite - it seems to calm down any spots, acne, or blemishes. Unlike other creams or emulsions that leave my skin feeling tight, this one keeps it consistently moisturized. I think I'll be sticking with Goodsera from now on! As for downsides... To be honest, I don't think I have any complaints about this cream! This is more my personal method than a pro tip, but instead of rubbing vigorously with your palms, try gently patting it on with your fingertips and then lightly massaging it in. (And always remember to use a moderate amount of any cream or emulsion!) - ti*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 27, 2019
First off, I love the packaging design. The product absorbs really well, and I appreciate that there's no artificial fragrance. It's not sticky at all. While there's nothing particularly disappointing... I will say the hydration isn't exceptionally strong. I imagine there might be another product in the same line with better moisturizing properties.
