  An absolutely fantastic product! Usually, those with oily skin tend to avoid barrier creams, but this one is perfect for combination dehydrated skin during winter. With its balanced oil and moisture content, it keeps the skin hydrated while seemingly strengthening the skin barrier. When your skin feels super sensitive or experiences a tingling sensation, applying a more generous amount before bed helps soothe the skin by morning.

  Cons

  Given its slightly rich texture, it might be a bit much for those with oily skin to use year-round. Apart from that, the only drawback is the price point, which some may find a bit steep.

  Tip

  For best results, dispense an appropriate amount onto your hands, gently rub the cream between your palms to break down any granules, then apply it to your face by cupping your hands and lightly pressing the product into your skin.

  I can't even count how many bottles I've gone through during winter. It's been my go-to product consistently. When my skin barrier was severely compromised, everything I applied left my skin feeling dry. But after using this, I noticed a significant reduction in dryness.   This is the one for winter. I have combination dehydrated skin with redness, but I can feel my skin barrier improving. The redness has also significantly reduced.

  Cons

  It's great for fall and winter use. However, it's a bit too heavy for summer, especially as a night care product.

  This is a staple product I've gone through three bottles of! It's a cream that works wonders regardless of your skin type. Thanks to its ceramide content, which helps protect the skin barrier, it's incredibly effective for improving skin inflammation and extremely dry skin. For combination dehydrated skin, it's great for balancing oil and moisture levels. My father, in his 50s, had very dry skin that was irritated and red, but after using this cream along with Aestura's cream mist, those symptoms completely disappeared, and his face now has a healthy glow.

  Skin type: Combination dehydrated + Redness + Sensitive to external irritants 1. Effectiveness Aestura is my holy grail... It was incredibly effective when my skin barrier was compromised! While I know it's difficult to see dramatic results from skincare products, I did extensive research when I was really struggling with my skin, and many people recommended it. I bought the emulsion and cream together during a sale and used them consistently, and my skin has recovered significantly. 2. Application It's a cream with tiny beads, and as the capsules dissolve, it creates an even smoother texture!
