Brilliant idea! It does its job perfectly, leaving skin feeling fresh and matte. Apply it before makeup and enjoy satisfaction all day long. Getting the powder out requires some skill. Start by gently tapping, then progress to vigorous slapping with your palm. Glance around and keep a straight face. Patiently repeat 20 times x 3, shaking it as hard as you can. Make sure to coat the puff generously with powder before use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 23, 2020
- Innovative application method I was intrigued by its novelty and bought it... Can you believe you can apply powder with a brush even when you're out and about?! - Portability Instead of round containers like loose powders or compacts, this long-shaped one doesn't take up much space, which is great for carrying around. - Mint? I have a lot of redness on my face, so I used the mint color, but the effectiveness is questionable... - Inconvenient to use Every time you use it, you have to open the cap, lower the cover, rotate the body (tap it vigorously to make the brush come out), apply powder to your nose (and again), then to your cheeks... The powder doesn't come out easily. - Difficult to clean It seems possible to clean it while keeping the powder secure, but it would take days to dry, during which time you can't carry the main body around. - Built-in brush It's straight and stiff, so since the powder comes out right underneath, you can't tilt it to pat it on, tapping with the top of the bristles is uncomfortable, and sweeping it across isn't smooth because the bristles aren't soft. - Competitiveness compared to existing powders The idea is good, but unless you're someone who absolutely can't apply powder without a brush, there's not really a reason to buy it...? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 28, 2019
As someone with combination skin, I always finish with powder to prevent my hair from sticking to my face! Love that it's easy to carry around Appreciate the gentle ingredients The lid feels flimsy Can't clean the brush The packaging looks cheap (personal opinion) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2019
Unlike other powder products, it was convenient to apply with a brush. And it didn't cause any blemishes on my sensitive skin. It felt a bit dry on my dry skin. Also, it doesn't dramatically reduce redness. If you have dry skin, make sure to apply a thorough skincare routine before using this powder. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 14, 2019
Great for controlling shine, and the built-in brush makes it convenient to carry around. The powder tends to clump on the brush... It often doesn't come out well, and after repeatedly tapping, it can leave white patches. It requires some technique to use effectively. It's best to tap the powder onto your hand first to check the amount dispensed before applying it to your face. Otherwise, it can easily leave stamp-like marks on your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2018
As someone who applies powder with a brush daily, I found this product to be truly innovative and incredibly convenient! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients. It seems to help tone down redness a bit, and the beautiful packaging makes me feel good when I'm doing my makeup. Well... the powder doesn't come out of the brush as much as I expected. Instead of tapping the brush, I had to kind of mash the bristles to get the product out, which made the brush a bit harsh on my skin. It's less irritating than my usual brush, so it's not a huge disappointment, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive skin. The most disappointing aspect is that it doesn't leave the skin feeling powdery, and the matte finish doesn't last long before oil starts to show through. This might work differently for others, but I wasn't impressed. However, it didn't cause any blemishes and the concept is innovative, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I recommend this for those who find applying powder with a brush tedious, have dry skin with little oil production, and want a mood boost while doing their makeup!
