Pros
This is my favorite product, and I think I've been using it for the sixth time now. Other than the fixing mascara, all my makeup can be removed with this one product. It was also very gentle for my sensitive skin to use. When my skin was turned upside down, using the cleansing oil and then switching to this product gradually helped it recover and return to its original state. ෆ
Cons
There are no regrets.. I just hope it doesn't get discontinued.

I've been using this product since 2020. After first discovering it on Hwahae, this is the only product I've been using. It rolls on without any oiliness and rinses off cleanly, removing everything except mascara and pearl eyeshadow.👍👍 My skin is sensitive, but the product itself seems gentle, and my skin feels moisturized rather than dry after use. As long as the product doesn't get discontinued, I'll keep using it.:)

The price has gone up a bit compared to before, but not too much. It would be nice if there was a discounted set of 2 cleansers without oil.
Tip
When removing makeup, you can melt it off without any oiliness and then rinse it off thoroughly.👍

This is a product I always use! Absolutely no discontinuation allowed..! After trying all the mild products and famous ones, as well as the Hwahae Trial Reviewer items, this has become my go-to product. I've almost finished 10 bottles! It's mild, doesn't leave any tightness after cleansing, and rinses off just right. It's the best as a second cleansing product and morning cleanser. If I use anything else, my face immediately gets flushed and small bumps appear. This is a must-have item before it runs out.
Cons
The disappointing aspects have all been improved. Especially, the previous packaging was opaque, which was inconvenient, but now it's transparent, and I can use up every last drop, which is great.
Tip
It's already mild enough, but I want to make it even more gentle, so I use a foaming net to create lots of lather when using it!

I have sensitive skin and use mostly fragrance-free and gentle products, as the cleansing foams in the market are too strong, leaving my skin feeling tight and squeaky clean, taking away the little moisture I have left. That's why I use a cleansing gel, and I'm on my second bottle now. First of all, I don't get any breakouts, and after cleansing, there's less tightness and dryness, and it's almost fragrance-free, which I really like! My sensitive skin is doing well.

The pump on the bottle is really stiff ㅠ I just want to use a small amount, but it's hard to control, which is a shame. And I'm not sure what the little 'shell-like' granules inside are for.
